    yeah but i think he wins the draft tag because of that... I mean, I try to look at everyone's picks when i'm voting, not just the early ones, but hard to not overlook the early picks by most everyone voting.

    Tampa Bay has a rumored 33 million dollars available in cap space heading into free agency. Oddly enough, the Bucs are not expected to be very active, at least at the outset. Instead, Tampa Bay has stated they plan to take a more pragmatic approach in an effort to maximize value within the free agency class.

    GM VO commented on the impending Free Agency period noting (via Twitter):

    Tampa Bay's cap situation is thought to be the best in the NFL. To call their expected approach unique would be an understatement.
