I here by announce that anyone who bids on one of my "targets" minutes before Im awarded him. WILL NOT be the subject of me complaining about it because its within the rules and apart of life. I wouldnt imagine too many guys do it intentionally but if u want to then have at it.

I was offline for about 36 hours so all my bids may have seemed late, if it was one of your guys? I feel stupid for saying "sorry" but ok?

Its not like I was online this whole time waiting to needle someone, I was MIA for a lil bit.

That's been done before....That's how it was 10 years ago on the saints board. Free agency lasted about three days. We got together in the evenings and had an hour or two to bid on each position. The problem is everyone has to be online at the time the bidding ends otherwise they get nobody. And someone will sync up with the forum time and get his bids in at the very last second to get all the best players........not that that's ever happened before.

Damn, if I had known there was going to be this much interest in the Tampa Bay Turnstiles (© VO & Lucky, btw) I would have franchised and/or transitioned them instead of Antonio Bryant.

    McNabb Releases Statement/Plea To Commissioner

"....of course losing Brian (Westbrook) was difficult. I feel like it was largely my fault. I had the chance to restructure my deal, and I lost track of what was important. Now I'm faced with a similar situation, with the team asking me to take a pay cut; and my hands are tied because of league rules. I've seen guys take pay cuts in the past to free up cap room for their team, and it worked out great for both sides. But this is GriddleKing's league now, and he hasn't given us the freedom to make those types of decisions. I feel bad for taking up 15.8% of the salary cap; and I'm going to work towards helping future players in my situation avoid this problem. The obvious solution would be for the Eagles to release me, and then attempt to sign me for less. But in this league, I have no say in who I will play for once I become a free agent. So that won't work. We'll get this thing figured out. I'm confident of that. GriddleKing is a great guy, and I respect what he's done for this league. I'm sure we'll find the best way to move forward from this mess." - Donovan McNabb, Eagles QB

It's interesting to note that the Bears did the cut / resign thing with Cutler and saved six mil ...

LOL well good luck with your contract restructure.

Word has it that the Bucs will be restructuring Jason Peters as part of a new contract as well.
