    Checking is a probable start because over half of checking accounts lose money for banks...but should be just the first in a wave of charges put in place to recoupt money lost from new regulations and restrictions.

    So basically they were dependent on poor people being financially irresponsible.

    So Bank of America should then go into short term money loans. Create new revenue.
