Hey. So I'm hoping to go to my first american football game when the Buccaneers visit Sun Life Stadium next Saturday (14th August) and was hoping some of you could give me some advice on where to sit, where to get tickets, etc.
Maybe try to get some in the end zone. The equivalent of where the 'goal' would ordinarily be. You may want to sit several rows up so that you can have a decent view. The end zone allows you to see what id happening much better IMO, as you can really see the play developing in front of you. Thats my two cents.
I personally prefer to sit close to the 50 yard line. Doing this allows you to see action on both sides of the field. If you sit in an end zone it's difficult to see the play when they are playing towards the other end zone.
I agree. However, if its a preseason game, you'll be able to sit wherever you want. Which leads me to my main point: If you're going to a preseason game DO NOT PAY FACE VALUE FOR A TICKET. Tickets to preseason games are worthless. No one goes. The stadium will be 25% full at best. Go to the game and just buy them from somebody. You won't even have to deal with a scalper. Some season ticket holders who have 4 tickets won't be able to find 3 friends to join them. I live in New Orleans. The Dolphins played here in the preseason the last few years and I never paid more than $10 for a ticket. Also,
