Its pretty much pointless for you to ever visit this site again. You will have zero respect here.

None of us will forget you making excuses and not giving credit where it is due.

Not the next game or next year. Your basically done here. If you find a new guy that will try and have a conversation with you, one of us will make sure they are aware of your spew.

Now go and not man up about something else in your useless life.

Its just true. Who has the #1 Defense in the league after Sunday?

Way earlier in this thread I said you would be back to make excuses. All you had to do was give proper credit. The score does not tell the game. You were dominated.

If it was the other way around, I would admit that fact and man up.
I'm done with you. Your a complete waste of time.

Look at the stats sheet, the numbers say we dominated and we did.
You are just extremely lucky this wasnt a blowout.

Have fun competing with the Raiders and Rams for that #1 pick Its gonna be a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong cold winter in Toronto.

    You are being ridiculous.

That was a beatdown. period. What is making it a bigger beatdown is the bout you are having with delusion.

Saying we won because of our punter? that is just insulting and borders on baiting / annoyance / spam.

Not the score. Ask your QB, your Running backs, and your WRs (not to mention the scrubs on the O-line). They caught a beatdown.

A win is a win WC, ugly or not, close or not. You think the Pats considered handing over their win over you last season in game 1 after McKelvin coughed it up?

Nope, they took it and ran, as will we.

Whereas the Bills? Well, I guess you can hope for Jack Locker/Andrew Luck. Enjoy your season!

I get what your saying about the final score, but a lot of the times the final score isn't indicitive of how dominant one team is over the other.

I'd say the Ravens certainly dominated the Jets, despite winning by only 1 point. The Jets got their 9 by starting on the Ravens half of the field, and by all accounts other than 1st and 2nd down defense the Jets were awful all night.

The Bills are always a good week 1 team, and this win was important to our phins. The bills had less than 100 yards of total offense until about 6 minutes left in the game, and we had two running backs with over 60 yards and threw for 180...I'd say 300 to 100 (in terms of yardage) is pretty dominant. If our DB's had better hands the score would've been more reflective of how dominant it was, especially for a habitually slow starting team like us.

Well Bills fans were saying similar things last yr as WC is saying this year, only someone trashed McKelvin's lawn.

I think Gailey will make the Bills a better team this yr though I do think there is not a whole lot of talent on that roster.

As for the game itself, was never particularly worried about the Bills coming back to win it, not with Lee Evans shut down.

15-10. Get the score straight. By the way, punts are part of football. Duh. It's called field position, and good teams can overcome it, so stop whining. Our offense AND defense left a handful of scoring opportunities on the field. However, Buffalo did NOT, so stop mentioning the SCORE like it's the "tell all" of the game. Now you're REALLY showing your stripes as a true homer. It's getting pretty sad.

I like how you keep forgetting (or downplaying) our defense's performance. The Ravens defense absolutely beat the Jets down!!!.... in the same sense that OUR Defense beat the Bills down!! Stop making pathetic excuses for your offense. The reason you were held to 166 yards was NOT due to your offense being "out of tune". It was because our defense utterly DOMINATED you. Let me spell it out for you: D-O-M-I-N-A-T-E-D!! The only offense out of timing was ours.

Let me rephrase this. Your sorry team was held to 166 yards! That's the lowest total of the week!! There's NO excuse for 166 yards other than the defense flat out wiping the field with you. PERIOD! Your total yards & points scored had NOTHING to do with timing. You had NO time. Our defense made your offense our b@tc#. If we were in jail, the Bills offense would have a tattoo right above its a$$ saying "property of the Miami Dolphins". I hear Edwards was carrying our shoulder pads after the game.

I'm glad you're such a homer looking at this through prescription strength rose-colored glasses....... b/c this will be SOOOO much fun when we duplicate this performance in Miami. I can't wait to hear your excuses then..... or will you tuck your tail & quietly tip-toe away?

Not to mention we controlled the Time of Possession and almost doubled you in yards DESPITE dropping some big passes. Plus, we missed a field goal (3 pts); kicked a ball out of bounds giving you a short field to work from resulting in a FG (minus 3 pts); dropped 2 easy pick-6's (14 pts); and Marshall dropped a long pass that would've resulted in a TD (7pts). Add it up and that could've very easily been 39-7. That's a FACT. What's also fact is that there was NOTHING that Buffalo left on the table. Your score is indicative of your performance. Ours isn't.

Then frankly you may want to start with understanding the concept of TEAM football.

Our offense generated 13 points, our TEAM generated 15, as our Special Teams and Defensive units put your Offense in a position to surrender 2 more points in the safety of your own End Zone in place of risking additional points by our offense.

Thus, the Miami Dolphins totaled 15pts on your Scoreboard.

    That's Football 101.

If you can agree to that basic concept, we can discuss anything else you are struggling with.:hi5:

I get that they count as 2 pts for the Dolphins. What dont you get? Who do you think those points go to the football fairy? Barfalo took a Safety to save themselves any more embarrassment.

15 Team points were scored in favor of Miami. Do you disagree?

You really dont understand Football do you???

I understand that for 4 QTRs we prevented you from Scoring more points then us. Thats my only concern for that given game.

Thus we scored more points then you (15 total)...."own goals" in soccer are still goals for the opponent. Barfalo Bills willingly surrendered two points to the Dolphins. Thats an accurate statement.

Avoiding facts, and trying to change the subject vs. face reality that what you boasted about in this thread and thought would happen (ie 40 pts from your team, and Spiller dominating) didnt come close to happening. You not manning up, is juvenile for sure.

A punt down to the 1 yard line which happens about 60 to 70 times a NFL season is a "miracle"?

The difference in the game was that the Bills had zero chance of moving the ball outside of their one drive in which they held on every play. That is of course, if we are going to talk phantom PI call that apparently only you saw.

You don;t seem to get it, do you?

NONE of us are saying we had a "great" performance. We are saying that our defense played great, which they did.

We did what a good team usually does when they play a heaping pile of excrement of a team like the Buffalo Bills. Play rather poorly and beat you with one phase of the game and a little help from another.

it is why a team like the Saints can play poorly and beat Detroit...etc...

oh..and beat you in YOUR stadium on opening day. That was the very definition of a superior team beating an inferior one despite playing poorly.

So what you're saying is that Buffalo intentionally tried NOT to move the ball on downs 1 through 3? The 3 points were a direct result of our Defense stuffing you. Wake the heck up Homer. I didn't say we blew you out. I said we dominated you, which we did. We held you to 166 yards!!! I'd say that's a pretty great friggin game on our defense's part! To deny that is pure lunacy.

Are you for real? I thought you were a homer before.... but this comment just takes the cake.

What part of us dominating your offense all game long makes it plausible that you could have tied or won the game? LMAO. You couldn't even get a 1st down after the punt, so how the F does that translate to being able to tie or win the game if you got the ball on the 20 instead? Let me rephrase that: if you couldn't move the ball 10 yards, how the heck do you think you would've moved it 80 yards if the punt were a touchback?! You went 3 and out!! 3 AND OUT. You're the biggest excuse maker I've ever seen. It's not like you ran out of friggin time. WE STUFFED YOU. Be a man and own up to it! We played like crap on offense and made noticeable mistakes in the process and we still beat you..... at home. Your offense didn't make any mistakes; they just got stomped on by us. 30% of your runs were for a loss, and Edwards was hit on 22% of his drop backs. It doesn't take being a Fins fan to realize that we physically gave you whooping.

You guys were so excited after putting up 24 & 21 1st half points against the Colts & Bengals (and Spiller's play against their 1st team defenses). Where was that performance against us? Just fess up to it- our defense STOMPED on you and CJ.

The Bills had what..8 first downs?

As I've mentioned, I like Gailey's team more than most, and think they will be in most games this year, but there is a talent gap in several areas that will keep you away from a winning season.

Oline, Wr corps, Te corps, Lb's, all need upgrades, but I also think when you play lesser teams you'll win some ballgames.

Heading to Green Bay with a makeshift Lb corps and a leaky Oline won't be pretty.

If holding you to 166 yards (the lowest total of the week) and Buffalo's lowest total in 20 games isn't dominating, then I don't know what is.

The "defense argument". You're acting pathetic and irrational. Apparently you missed football 101 when they taught that a great defense can win games. An offense doesn't have to worry about forcing plays when the defense is shutting its opponent down. You should really get a better understanding of football. Silly man, our team won the division 2 years ago going 11-5. We're a much better team than that now. What part of that do you have a hard time understanding?

What did your secondary do? Any INTs? What did Spiller do? What did Evans do? What did action Jackson do? How about Lynch? Cmon, make up some more excuses, Homer.

Dude is irrational, never mind this past decade the Phins had a 7 yr losing streak in Buffalo, or were 0-5 in Opening Day games, or 0-2 under Sparano, no matter what he will disparage the victory.

Though if the tables were turned, ol WC would be singing a different tune altogether..

If half the league scored 15 points, then why are you continuing to say that is some sort of flaw on the Dolphins offense?

And I think the Bills played right about as well as they can play, they had one big play from Parrish, Edwards wasn't picked off, the Defense was fundamentally sound and the Special Teams unit was as good as ever.

The bills are very much like the 08 Dolphins were WC, only without anyone even close to approximating Joey Porter to provide a passrush.

They have to play small ball/no mistakes/keep it close try to pull it out style of football, that is the talent level that Gailey has to work with, I do think the running game will pick up against a lesser team, but with the AFCE playing the AFCN and NFCN there just aren't that many easy wins this year.

Phins travel to MN, Bills to GB, do those seem like easy games to you?

Vikes made the NFC Title game, GB had the #3 ranked defense.

Buffalo did absolutely nothing to show that they were ever in that game or deserved to win it. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. At least when we lost to Atlanta the 1st game of last season, we didn't discredit the Falcons for their performance just b/c the score was low. They physically beat us all game long and it was obvious to anyone watching...... in the same sense that it was obvious who the more physical and dominating team was Sunday. Screw the score; we owned the game from start to finish (minus ONE random 4th and long conversion for a TD).

For the Bills in 2010, heading into the 4th Qtr with a chance to win is success.

They have too much talent at the Rb position to be just horrible, but at Lb and Dline there just aren't difference makers, and the Oline's strength is clearly run blocking.

If they go into a game and manage some points off of turnovers, and have a couple of big plays from the Jax/Spiller/Lynch combination they can be a tough team, if they are down by 14 pts, they are in serious trouble.

Henne's love fest? He didn't turn the ball over once against one of the top pass defenses in the NFL. He did what was asked of him- not to do anything stupid to cost us the game b/c it was obvious the defense was shutting Buffalo down. It's not his fault that a handful of passes were dropped. There's a difference in Miami's offensive performance verses Buffalo's. Miami had obvious missed opportunities that could've led to even more points. Miami left plays on the field. Buffalo, however, didn't leave plays on the field. You weren't "anemic". You didn't beat yourself; you were shut down. There's a HUGE difference. Why do you INSIST on basing your entire argument on points? Miami squandered MANY scoring opportunities. Buffalo DID NOT. You're lucky we only scored 15 points.

You're right. I'm clueless. We have a much better team overall than we did when we won the division going 11-5, BUT we're only a .500 team. Righhhht.

We're a playoff contending team. There's nothing homerish about that. It's not like we're saying that we're going 14-2 and coasting to a SB title. So are you saying that Saints fans are Homers b/c they feel they can win the SB?

You're just lashing out at us nonsensically b/c you're jealous that Miami fans have a season to look forward to while the Bills hopes will die early yet again.  let me get you a hanky..... or two..... or sixteen!!
