That would be pretty awesome. I just don't want him going back to New England.

Well they are 4-3 as well, but division leaders...so I assume we are behind them on the list.

    This is a good question.

Both 4-3 but we're 3rd in the division.

Does that make a difference in waiver priority?

Normally, I could care less for guys like Moss, but I'm all over this one!! It can't hurt. Worst case, if he's a PITA, you cut him! Best case, our offense becomes nearly unstoppable!

How great would it be to have an athlete the caliber of Randy Moss doing the team laundry?

Worst to best. The worst team to put in a claim for him gets him and will have to pick up the remainder of his salary for this season....$6 million.

So it's down to you and us again, eh Seattle? First we take Brandon Marshall on now you want in on some Randy Moss? Well this league is for closers. Do you have what it takes to close? (looks around room) You? How about you?

    Seattle: What's your name?
Miami: **** you! That's my name.

There is still time for other teams to put in claims, teams like the Rams, Raiders, Cowboys[they don't need WR help and their season is over, but they are morons]. Jaguars probably won't, but they might.

Another rumor is the Dolphins know their chances are slim with some worse teams probably wanting him, but they are trying to block the Jets and Patriots just in case. Dolphins know he would take pressure off Marshall and Bess, and freeing up Marshall would be extra dangerous for defenses. Moss would have to understand that though.

If Miami and Seattle are the worst two teams to claim Moss then I believe Miami gets him. Adam Schefter seemed to imply that waiver priorities are re-shuffled weekly and I've heard elsewhere that they are as well. But I've also heard monthly.

Bottom line is I don't see how waiver priorities could be based on post-Week 8 standings when Week 8 isn't even done yet.

And so if it's Week 7 standings then Miami would have been 3-3 thanks to Gene Steratore, while Seattle was 4-3.

Shefter has Miami on the list as well.

For some odd reason I always pictured Moss being a Dolphin at some point. Damn 6th sense will be the death of me.

I think we've got a real shot at this. I can't see the crappy teams (STL included) making a play for Moss.

But you're right that it needs to be based on last week, nothing else is fair.

Heck, I don't know....when a guy is fired twice in one month from the same job, that sort of says something about his character. I have a feeling that Moss is self-destructing mentally and we definitely don't need another "me" guy on the roster.

I hope the Bills, San Fran, or the Panthers sign him...I really do. He deserves to go to a sh%#ty team for all his temper tantrums and outbursts, and I just don't see him meshing well with Brandon Marshall.

Glen is not a homosexual. Glen is a transvestite, but he is not a homosexual. transvestism is the term given by medical science to those persons who desperately wish to wear the clothing of the opposite sex, yet whose sex life in all instances remains quite normal. Would you be surprised to know that this rough, tough individual is wearing pink, satin undies under his rough exterior clothing? He is. Then there is your friend the milkman who...who knows how to find comfort at home.

Wait.... That was Glen or Glenda... Oh well, Mamet or Wood, what’s the difference really?

Raiders are 4-4, we are 3-4, we may have a better claim to be made.

Scratch the Chargers and Panthers off of the list, but the Broncos are a dark horse, McAdolescent has a history with Moss and their 2-5 record puts them in prime territory to claim him.

Then again, if the sources are true (which I don't believe), that rigged game we lost against Pittsburg would be the reason we got him. For that reason alone, I changed my mind...I hope we get him to spite the NFL for screwing us.

    WOW...

    Can you imagine. that.......

Stay with my little nightmare for a second.....

Seratore causes us to lose a game we should win....thereby putting us higher on the waiver wire high enough to land Moss....who goes on to form a potent tandom with Brandon Marshall and powers us deep into the playoffs....

    Talk about Karma...

Rams wont take on the contract...they arent in the hunt for a title...and he's a FA next season.
