http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...on-mcclain-in-channing-crowder-spitting-case/ You know, the NFL really is comical at times. I guess I should have known nothing was going to happen to Le'Ron. Memo to NFL, my bad for thinking you guys would for once... do the right thing.
Hard to believe. It looked pretty obvious to me. The way to deal with it though is for Crowder to step up and make plays and for the whole team to become possessed enough to make the playoffs. Time to be men and get out of the kiddie zone.
Maybe officially, but Id like to see some sort of retaliation on the field next time we play each other. If the NFL isnt going to punish McClain, someone should.
I'm more so glad this is "over" so that McClain and the rest of the team doesn't have to worry about it (if they even worried about it that much the last few days). We play Atlanta tomorrow night; the players and coaches need to focus on that. Talk about a quick turn-a-round. I'm excited to see another game already though! I love NFL football.
Yeah, the motion is definitely the same as someone would do when spitting but you can't see anything. Some would argue that the motion is just someone who is fired up and talking trash.
Well CC is a big fat hair P for not taking care of it himself. If that was me Le"Ron would be on the IR today wondering if it was worth it.
Just like I said in the other thread on this... The NFL would come out with some bogus statement about not having indisputable video evidence of McClain spitting on Crowder, even though its completely obvious thats what happened. God this league is a complete joke at times. I wonder what theyre going to do when these two teams play again, or when someone in defense of Crowder takes a cheap shot at one of McClains knees. You know its going to happen... and he deserves every bit of it. You NEVER, EVER, EVER! spit in another mans face, especially on the football field.
Like when Keith Hernandez spit on Kramer. But little did they know, it was Roger McDowell the whole time!
Agreed. I was thrown out of a game in high school for punching a guy that had clotheslined me while running down on a kickoff.
