FWIW TMR just reported on his podcast that both Miami QBs are out for the season via an internally circulated document at ESPN. Haven't seen confirmation elsewhere though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He doesnt say anything on his Twitter about it....I wonder if he is just saying what everyone was saying late yesteday?
He made a point of saying that when they first spoke about the Miami QB situation. Then they came back with this as breaking news. Attributed it to the sentinel at which point he questioned it again (just like you said) but then they said since it was an internal breaking news talking point or whatever that it had been verified. Just saying what he said in his fantasy podcast though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OmarKelly Omar Kelly I'm told my @donovanc7sports that Chad Henne is walking without the assistance of crutches. 2 minutes ago Favorite Retweet Reply » Armando Salguero ArmandoSalguero Armando Salguero Chad Henne is getting treatment on his knee right now. donovanc7sports Donovan Campbell Chad Henne @ dolphins camp noticeable limp but no crutches Come on Henne....you aint goin down without a fight. Think this kid doesnt have heart?
So weird... I had a premonition of Pennington getting hurt before the game. Here's to hoping Henne is okay! I still believe in him. While Thigpen did look good, I'm not nearly sold on him.
Sparano said Henne is Day to Day Said out for the year is inaccurate. Said Henne played pretty dam well.
Here's to Thigpen holding the fort down until Henne is ready to come back. Anything more is just icing on the cake.
Aren't health records considered confidential unless the injured party makes them public? How could ESPN know what condition Henne's knee is in? Sounds like pure speculation on their part.
Hey...you know what. If Thigpen starts on Thursday...and never looks back for the next 12 years....color me happy. But I believe in Chad Henne, and alot of people on here better be the model of fan patience with Tyler Thigpen....cause if you thought Henne was turnover prone....HAH....anyways...as long as the Phins win thats all I want.
not much news in sparano's presser this pm, not really a suprise. henne and thigpen are very different qbs and preparation for them both takes more time and energy than prepping for just one of em'. I said this yesterday in a couple of threads, if henne dislocated his patella, with no other accompanying tendon or ligament damage and no fractures to patella, tib/fib or femur, then he should be ok to play. he may have some pain and discomfort but he should be able to play,,, jmho
I hope Henne can make it back this season. It's a shame he was playing fairly well before the injury. Still, either way I'm excited for Thursday and Thiggy.
