Tonights game was the WORST football experience ever for me. 3 people in my section were thrown out for STANDING. I was called a fat **** by some old *** man because people infront of me stopped on the stairs, granted I'm not small but I'm certain if I didn't keep my cool I would have been spending time I'm dade county jail. In whole our fans are *******. The Bears fans owned that stadium tonight. In addition to tr poor fan experience our team flat out sucks. I've stuck up and been optimistic about my team but I'm done. I know I havent posted here much and most won't care about my rant but I have to get it off my chest.
They wouldn't own the stadium if our team gave our fans anything to cheer about tonight. Our offense completely took the crowd out of it. And the defense giving up long drives didn't help either.
Which is why hopefully Ross makes a big splash for Gruden!!!! I'd put Cowher, and JH as equal second tier options. I like JH and what he could bring to this team.
personally i just want a coach thats a winner and wont accept a team that us playing the way ours is.
I took a BIG step back from the game after the Stealers loss. I can't take this **** seriously anymore.
I was also at the game. Just as I have been at almost every home game in the last 40 years. Like you I am always disappointed when the stands seem to have more fans for the opposing teams then fans for the Dolphins. I blame this on fans though. Instead of buying tickets and going to the games. They prefer to let us smucks buy the tickets while they sit at home and watch the game. As a long time season ticket holder. I would love to see a local black out on all games whether the game is sold out or not. This way if so called fans really want to see the Dolphins play. They would come to the games. I know some of the season ticket holders around me sell their tickets to fans of the opposing team and they sit at home and watch the game. Like you, I am also upset with the direction I see this team headed. Every year that goes by and the team shows little or no improvement. I wonder why I keep buying four season tickets, year after year. I guess I am just a diehard and I will be until the day I die. I am upset with Parcells, Ireland, and Sparano right now. I am upset with the product on the field. I am upset that Ross seems to care more about celebrities and bands at the stadium then he does about the won-lost record of his football team. I don't think that Henne is the long term answer at QB. I see far more position needs on the team than most people on here seem to. I hate sitting in a stadium filled with fans of the opposing team. I can think of many reasons to just give up and never attend another game. Yet when all is said and done. After more than 40 years of following this team. Through their highs and lows. The Dolphins are in my blood and after this season I have no doubt I will once again feel the urge to give up my season tickets. Because I just don't think they are headed in the right direction. Of course as I have done year after year. I will think about not renewing as I instead write the check to pay for the tickets. I guess no matter how upset I get during the season. Like most diehard fans. I always figure next year will be different.
This coaching staff sucks. Fire everyone except Nolan and bring in someone who actually knows what he's doing. Go back to University of New Haven with the people who came with you Sparano. I'm done defending you.
