Feel the love man! Eh FWIW, it doesn't matter to me who starts as I can see convincing arguments for both: Thigpen's mobility and hopefully, expanded trust of the staff, could mitigate the banged up Oline Henne knows the offense, he can take 3 step drops and get the ball out and mitigate the banged up Oline Henne, imho, maybe is more ball security conscious, Thigpen is probably a safer bet to make plays down the field.
Given the choice of starting any one of three QB's that are both semi injuried or worthless, I would want Thigpen. Since our O line is mere patchwork and he can scramble the fastest the choice is obvious. I can't wait for the day that Buffalo passes us as they climb out of the cellar to see posts on this board like "are we better than Buffalo?" Following this team is like riding a multi-million dollar comet into the ground. It's time for Ross to start firing coaches.
Update, at least somewhat, Tyler Thigpen IS expected to start vs Oakland, two weeks is a really fast turnaround time for a dislocated knee cap folks. Ronnie and Ricky will emerge..hopefully.
Playoff? PLAYOFFS? come on man. The Fins are not going to come within 3 games (we will finish at least three games back) of any of the playoff teams. We are already three games back of the Pats and Jets and 2 back of the Ravens and Steelers (really three cause they have the head to head). NO way the Fins make the playoffs this week.
Yeah, all I see is this: http://www.footballnewsnow.com/2010/sparano-wont-confirm-henne-longs-status-until-wednesday/
Long thankless hours listening to Radio Coverage of the Dolphins, that came from their flagship show the Finsiders. That is the official line, the unofficial line is Henne will be tested tomorrow, if his knee is to bawky to allow him to play Qb then Thigpen has the Raiders Game Prep on Wed-Sat.
I really liked the way Henne performed after his benching. He was on a nice roll before he went down. If he's ready to go he should.
