Sorry to mix religion and science, but what I remember from anthropology class about the generally-accepted theory is that humans originated in Africa. However, according to a midrash Adam and Eve landed on what is today the Temple Mount in Jerusalem after the Expulsion.

Not saying that this proves the Bible and disproves science, just adds to the intrigue.

technically it would disprove both and put more credence into the theory that there was an ancient society that predates modern man

    How does it disprove?

Because it does not fit the bible's timeline.

Disprove is wrong, since in a way it doesn't disprove either, since modern man does come from Africa. There is a good amount of proof that we all share ancestry from one mother whose origins are in Africa.

That's only if you interpret the Bible's timeline according to modern understanding of time. A lot of secularists insist on interpreting it that way and I can't understand why.

Besides that, this find does challenge the African-Origin theory since the teeth discovered pre-date those in Africa.

They would have to prove the teeth are related to modern man since the mother of all modern man is in Africa.

it does help the ancient alien theory and the theory of the ancient modern civilization theory though.

all it proves is that NOBODY has all the answers.

and lol at "interpret the Bible's timeline according to modern understanding of time"

by modern understanding of time, i assume you really mean, " since advances in science and technology have allowed us to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the earth is MILLIONS of times older then the bible says."

if your story has to continuosly be altered or "interpreted" in a different way so that it doesnt contradict what we know to be true today, then people should question that changing story and not the MOUNTING evidence against it from countless, independent sources. i think we as a civilization know far more then we did 2,000 years ago. if we are fortunate enough to still be around 2,000 years from now, we will know alot more then, than we do know now.
i think we are progressing and advancing, not "getting further from god"

Just proves the point. Still the same mentality of trying to interpret things according to a model that one can explain according to what he/she already knows and not what could be known with an open mind.

I've always found the ancient alien theory to be quite intriguing. We have long known about the mathematical probabilities for life in other planets, and with the strides our race has made in regards to technology & science in such a relatively short time span, I feel it is ignorant to assume that we couldn't have been "created" by an ET race. If such a race has the ability to travel through galaxies, or even solar systems than surely their level of understanding of DNA and how to create life would also be highly advanced compared to what we currently know.

Sure, the similarities exist between humans & other primates - but "what if" such an advanced race thought they needed to speed up the evolution process in order to produce a race capable of protecting the planet from further extinctions that originate from outer space(comets, asteroids, etc) which we know devastated nearly all life on the planet in past eras.

The irony of coarse, is that if we were intended to "protect the planet", over so many years we have risked wiping ourselves out in various ways. At the very least, Im sure such Alien forefathers would be quite disgusted with how we have turned out thus far. lol

There was also recent evidence of a submerged earlier and advanced civilization to supports the Hindu version of human history. This would be the city where Shiba ruled and would predate (by thousands of years) the known civilizations of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia.
