They'll probably still draft better than us. I wonder how long our current scouts have been with us. Maybe there lies a problem.

The Seahawks ad Rams could both be 7-9...would we have to pick behind them?

We'd pick behind the loser, since the winner earns a playoff spot they'd pick behind us.

Still not high enough to get a franchise QB.. There are a few teams ahead of us looking for one. Also the collective bargaining agreement issues and a slew of postions to be filled. 2011 Free agents looks horrible as well for a QB. Were screwed for at least 2 YEARS!

I know and it makes me sick to my stomach. Parcells passing on Ryan screwed us for at least 6 years. Meanwhile team after other team picks their guy and moves on to the next level.

Here we go again... What would have been your plan to block for Matt Ryan had we drafted him? Remember that lame excuse we called an offensive line in 2007? Then the draft picks we made after Long to try and help rebuild that line? None of that panned out either, so Matt Ryan here, probably would be nowhere near the Matt Ryan that's in Atlanta.. come on..

    This is the year.

15 is high enough to make it work if you really are sold on a QB this year ,it would be hard for #1 overall , but possible. If it is later in round one you have to trade up for , it is easy enough to do if you have that deep of a conviction.

We need to address QB this year , and with picking 15 and having at least 3 QB's seemingly in that range legitimately , this should be the year it is finally done.

You know what the said ironic thing is about Atlanta's offense?

Their OC is Mike Mularky. *gulp*

Just goes to show you, in my humble opinion, how a coach can fail on one team and excel on another

Eh, I think we need more athleticism at ILB as well, I also think the Dolphins have reached the point where raw talent is no longer much of an issue so a Qb who may sit at #15 is not a terrible idea, would prefer a Veteran though.

All of the major QBs will be gone at 15. There are WAY to many teams ahead of us that need a QB. Trade up, or do without.

Get Carson Palmer, draft and acquire running backs and offensive lineman through free agency and the draft, get better coaching on that side of the ball and we're a playoff team.

It's that simple in my eyes.

Can't do it Bro, the NFL has decreed NO draft picks for players until the labor issues are settled, meaning..no trade for a Vet Qb unless it uses 2012 draft choices.

And when the Bengals cut Palmer because they don't want to pay the high salary?

As long as he is cut before the official NFL season ends in March he could be signed, however there is also a Roster cut off date where the Rosters are frozen and I am not 100% certain when that is.

Me too Pad...I'm good with either, however the consensus #1 RB seems to be Ingram. Either could step in and help our run game.

Ingram is a good back with great balance and inside running skills, he can shake and bake, Williams is the total package, the kind of back you can pin your offense on imho..both have injury problems.

TBH, I'd pass both up, if a Qb was not there, I'd go for the best ILB I could find, that would complete the Defense as Crowder and Dobbins are hole filler/2 down ILB's..we need a stud next to Dansby.

Iam 110% against Ingram if we dont make a splash for interior lineman in FA, whats the point? He is a downhill runner who would have 2-3 guys in his face at the LOS.

We have a big problem with the middle of our OL, Ricky and Ronnie didnt just become sh-tty RB's.

Ingram would be like having a convertable in Seattle......pointless.

I want Orton, Deangelo Williams, loganmankins. Our offense would be complete then if we could get a fast te. But in reality, pouncey after trading down, or whatever good guard and I want Rogers from Oregon state. That dude is sick.

Ah, now that's more like it. I TOTALLY disagree.

ILB isn't worth a top 15 pick IMO, especially on this team. Dansby, Crowder, Dobbins and Edds are more than capable of getting the job done. And with Dansby playing weak side, you want to have a bruiser playing strong side. I doubt hot shot rookie is going to be cool with eating blocks all day so that KD can get his numbers up. Now, if there's another OLB, one who can generate pressure, I'm all for it. Ditto for a starting caliber corner. Cant pass on guys like that, but ILB, no thanks.

Yeah, I was salivating over DW until he missed most of the year injured, and he'll be 28 next year. Plus, he's the clear cut top back available so we'll have to overpay to get him. In that case, I'd rather draft a couple guys (Williams & Devine) sign a mid level free agent like Bush or Benson and go into next year with some firepower in the backfield for a change.

While an upgrade is needed at ILB I do agree #14 would be too early unless a monster is lurking...also I know its not on alot of peoples list but another good CB in a league that has become pass happy is not a bad idea at all.

As far as a pass rushing OLB....I put it in the same category as an ILB unless you think your getting Clay Matthews then its not a pressing need.

Trading down would make alot of sense if a top QB is gone.

I’d like to notify everyone that, with Seattle’s victory over St. Louis, the Dolphins now pick 14th, not 15th. Seattle gets bumped to the 20s because they’re in the playoffs.

Oh no, see we have to trade back to get more..draft picks...see, that is how it works, the Draft is a means all in and of itself, never mind ya know landing playmakers, wouldn't dream of that...need more draft choices!
