Well I got a second wind, my copy editor just brought me a second two-four and now onto another of my seconds. The second half of my mock draft...

11 - Houston Texans: Julio Jones, WR Alabama
Suffering the same fate as the Cardinals, Houston traded their number one receiver in the “Don Slayer” Andre Johnson, the Texans now could use a number one target. Houston reaches out and grabs the second best receiver to come out this year.

12 - New York Giants: Robert Quinn, DE North Carolina
New York always like to add to their collection of defensive lineman, so it only makes sense that they take such a phenomenal talent like Robert Quinn who surprisingly drops out of the top ten. Maybe they could move him out to linebacker, he is a talented kid.

13 - Detroit Lions: Blaine Gabbert, QB Missouri
They moved Stafford and his bum shoulder, they missed out on Peyton Manning (someone didn't save enough pennies) and now they have a hole behind center. Blaine Gabbert is the most polished of the signal callers in the draft and that's welcome news for the Lions who hope this talented quarterback doesn't have some kind of ailment keeping him from playing a full season.

14 - St. Louis Rams: Marcell Dareus, DL Alabama
Another top ten prospect finds himself sliding here, only because Al Davis is well... Al Davis. The Rams can always use a versatile tackle that could play various positions in even and uneven fronts. Quite the steal for the Rams, only because of the needs of teams before them.

15 - Carolina Panthers: Mike Pouncey
They chose to tag DeAngelo Williams and leave Ryan Kalil to fend for himself in free agency and now they have to deal with a lack of a offensive line general. Not as talented as his brother, but just as good of a kisser, Mike finds himself getting called by the Panthers to be the other Pouncey to center an NFL team. Though he is better suited at guard.

16 - Denver Broncos: Jimmy Smith, CB Colorado
They miss out on the two best corners in the draft, but the Broncos will tab Jimmy Smith as the replacement for Andre Goodman who had to be cut due to cap troubles due to a miscalculation by one of their accountants... and did heads roll. Jimmy Smith is a tall, athletic corner that will match up well with the bigger receivers in the league.

17 - Miami Dolphins: Adrian Clayborn, DE Iowa
Toss up here, the Dolphins will take a long hard look at Ingram but feel they have a solid group at running back. So they turn their focus to the defenisve line and peg Clayborn as their pick here. Great strength to get inbetween tackles and guards. Clayborn will be a five technique in the scheme and will help in stopping the run, give him some time and the pass rush will come along and he'll be making some noise in the AFC East.

18 - San Diego Chargers: Tyron Smith, OT USC
The offensive line is looking a little slim here. So the Chargers will go a little north and grab Smith from Southern California to anchor the rightside of the line and protect Rivers.

19 - San Francisco 49ers: Mark Ingram, RB Alabama
The 49ers are lacking in the running back department so they pick up this former Heisman winner as their next great back.

20 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Akeem Ayers, LB UCLA
Losing a guy like Barret Rudd hurts the linebacking corp in Tampa Bay, so they look to help out the linebacking unit but it's too early for Martez Wilson, so they pick up Akeem Ayers and worry about finding Rudd's replacement for a later round.

21 - Kansas City Chiefs: Ryan Kerrigan, DE Purdue
They've got Tamba Hali on one side and now Ryan Kerrigan on the other. A solid player for years to come, he won't be a sack artist, but he'll apply the pressure and be a nuisance for a very long time.

22 - Houston Texans: Justin Houston, OLB Georgia
They've got a couple good linebackers in Brian Cushing and DeMeco Ryans, so they get a little richer by adding Houston to the group. One of the better bull rushers in the draft, Houston will be able to rush to the quarterback but will suffer in coverage. He will be able to switch between DE and OLB on different looks, giving the Texans a versatile tweener.

That leaves us with picks 23 to 32, hey that's a mirror image of itself! Now before I got a few comments in the comments section below, so I'll go ahead and answer them.

Was trading Fitzgerald in order to net Matthew Stafford and Aaron Hernandez, among other certain starters worth it?

    Raising Arizona

Well Raising, the Cardinals did certainly bring in some solid players to help the team out but Matthew Stafford has had troubles keeping healthy and if that happens here in Arizona we're back to backups losing the same games. It's a shame that as soon as he falls on that shoulder he's got for a number of games. So We've got a oft injured Stafford to an oft injured receiver in Rice, i'll leave it at that.

Hernandez is a nice player, but he had more talent around him in New England, plus it's always nice to look back and see that magnificent mane of Tom Brady's throwing to you. Don't get me started on trying to add free agents into the equation... Sidney Rice was signed for a couple million more than Fitzgerald was making.

De'Quan Bowers doesn't make it out of the top three idiot

    Mel Kip...er...

Hey no need for the sass. I know What I'm doing here. Yes some teams will jump in and try to trade up to draft him if he gets past number five, but I've been doing this for years and I know what I'm doing. Who do you think you are, just because we share last names doesn't mean you share my draft genius.

    That's it until part three!

49ers don't have pick 19. They have pick 23, which they traded for with you, and pick 28.

Yeah some of the picks are meant to be way off, I am playing a recovered alcoholic character here who thinks he's the epitome of football knowledge. No matter how wrong he is.

Draft order is the oldest, I'll do an updated one closer to the draft.

    Mr. Kiper,

Couldn't you then say that the Cardinals essentially traded Fitz and $2.5M for Sidney Rice, Matthew Stafford, Aaron Hernandez, and a 3rd round pick? And considering the shoulder he hurt in 2010 was the other shoulder than he hurt in 2009, that he didn't have any major injuries in college, and will be playing behind a much better line, wouldn't you say he might not be as susceptable to injury as some may think? And if in fact those players do stay healthy, wouldn't you then have to say that trade made the Cardinals a better team?

    Sincerely,
    (P. Kiper Superfan #1) Raising Arizona

Probably not, since you know, 33 comes after 32.

Right now, some combination of Charlie Johnson, Todd Herremans, Bobbie Williams, Davin Joseph, and Willie Colon. Of course the draft and/or trades could change that a little bit.

I feel good at LG. At LT I'm content, but not thrilled. Johnson did a solid job protecting Manning's blind side last year, but I might look to upgrade if I get the chance.
