There will more than likely be a live feed b/c there always is. Unfortunately, Nasty may not be able to make it and he gives us the most in depth and unbiased observation than any sports writer...
Sorry, I saw your name and it reminded me of this image: Hopefully we will get a report from someone here. I am not looking forward to reading the local reports.
Evidently the crowd broke down into a "We want Orton" chant. I am really hoping Chad pulls it together...
It's rough, but the Miami Dolphins fans are probably the only ones who've ever started a "We Want Orton" chant. To me, that's pretty sad...but I guess it's to be somewhat expected.
Sure, and now he can be had for a used mouthpiece and a half eaten donut. Fans do not recall their bad support, they are a bit like the cast of 28 days..always moving and always ready to bite on someone.
Ireland couldn't care less what the fans think. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. I'm pretty sure other, more successful GMs, like Ozzie Newsome and Ted Thompson, couldn't give a rat's *** about fan opinion either.
If Henne looks bad in preseason though you have to wonder what they'll do. And this has now become a story on profootballtalk. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/08/01/dolphins-fans-chant-we-want-orton-at-training-camp/
Seriously? People are booing at day 4 of practice and chanting we want Orton? That's great. 16 games on the road is the best thing that could happen to this team.
I like "GM Meathead" and IMO he is the best talent evaluator we've had since Bobby Beathard. Maybe Ireland hasn't picked a QB yet, he can hang his hat on, but Beathard never grabbed us any great QBs either. Joe Thomas drafted Griese and Shula drafted Dan, which was such a no brainer any one of us could have made that pick. We suffered through so many drafts when Shula made himself GM with final say so on personnel, then JJ who could pick defense, but stunk at picking offensive players. After that, and till Ireland, it isn't even worth mentioning. Ireland has proven he is in the upper echelon in the league for judging talent IMO, we are lucky to have him, I hope he stays a long time and insults about his intelligence are unwarranted.
And judging from last year, 16 games on the road is the best thing that could happen to this fan base.

gimme a break on day 4 Chad cannot have incomplete passes, wow expectation slightly elevated? I also read he had some nice passes but forget that
A mental vagina like Henne can't handle chants like that, STFU fans and give Henne a chance to turn it around.
Members of our fanbase is pathetic. 4 days into camp and this is the crap they give our players? What a joke. Now its on PFT as well... Wow, and these same fans complain about Ross embarrassing this franchise with his pursuit of Harbaugh... all the while they're the one's embarrassing themselves and this franchise with crap like this. It's no wonder we have trouble attracting guys to come play here. Unreal...
Matt has something to say to those fans:
I went from excited about football and this team after I left camp yesterday to having the life sucked out of me within 24 hours on this website...
Hmm, we'll be fine I suspect FN: Added some good pieces to the D (I did a small study on JT's performance in 2010, he appears to have worn down) and some good Oline Vets (hopefully O'Hara signs with us) and dished Dobbins, don't read all that much into a scrimmage.
As Sparano said last yr : "oh they will love you out there now!" Performance changes things for the better.
Are there any other updates? Tweets? Reports? Got any links to twitter pages or anything? I'm having withdraw...
Usual stuff, all about the Qb, Soliai was destroying people as was, surprisingly enough, Ike Francis. J Pruitt had a 70 yd Td on a catch and RAC not all bad. Henne's int came on a deflection by UDFA Jon Freeney. Otherwise.. meh.
Please. From top to bottom, this is easily the best team the Dolphins will field in 10 years. You may not like the process it takes to go from the worst team in the league to contention but this isn't the NBA.
This will be a cool experiment. If the QB plays badly but EVERYONE else plays well we will get to asses how important or unimportant the position is.
Anyone noticed difference to our offense yet? I mean formations, style and how we use personnel under Daboll? Around now we should start being able to see how the offense will be designed differently than last year. What are we seeing guys?
That is what scares the beejubus out of me about this season, by rights we really should be a ground and pound offense, they seem intent on putting the ball into Henne's hands to pass more often this yr,
One thing I did notice Saturday was that we were lining up our TEs out wide a lot, flexing them out as well. They got a lot of work from the outside...
