How about ? Seriouslly though. I have always liked Wolervine, Batman, Captian America and Night Crawler.
yeah! Arnold Horshak from "Welcome Back Kotter" has always been one of my favorite characters. much better than Freddy or Vinnie. "Oh! Oh! Oh! Mr Kotter, Mr Kotter!" wait, you said Rohrschak? nevermind...
seriously, my favorites would be Batman and the Punisher... no superpowers, both vigilantes with great toys. difference is that one kills, the other doesn't. but i can understand both of their rationales motivations for doing so.
Not a bad idea at all, you could make the left half of the bracket superheroes and the right side supervillains. This way in the end you have the ultimate matchup, good vs. evil. The only problem is you'll have to watch out for certain characters that are tweeners and dabble a bit in both good and bad.
you have to put limitations on it...No "what Ifs" and no omnipotents like the Living Tribunal etc..maybe Galactus level and lower ?? and only mainstream characters. http://marvel.com/universe/Living_Tribunal The dude snapped his fingers and Galactus was no longer in existence...not good.
Just match up Superman with Batman. Batman always finds away to take Superman down. He's got all sorts of Kryptonite gadgets.
Another idea (other than good/hero vs. evil/villain) to throw out there is a Marvel vs. DC character bracket.
I'm a Marvel guy myself, but it would be interesting. We could match them up based on similar attributes/powers/weaponry and characteristics.
never been a big Namor fan sorry lucky. but see that would be an interesting matchup right there. Namor(Marvel) vs. Aquaman(DC).
i liked spidey and wolverine... loved deadpool though he wasn't really a hero... favorite comic moment ever... The Infinity Gauntlet with Thanos... ****ing gangsta!
Growing up I liked Spiderman, Wolverine and Green Lantern. I never liked Batman and Superman much. I just never connected to the billionaire or all-powerful alien. Although Batman Begins is probably my favorite superhero movie. Spidey and Wolverine were easy to connect to since I tend to be a smart-*** and everybody can understand anger. GL, I just thought was cool. He seemed different and kind of refined and classy. I think I liked the contrast between him and Spidey ad Wolverine.
He was My favorite.. always had a long fuse then was very nasty when he finally went off..I really liked it when the gloves came off vs the Brood.
I never was a comic fan until recentlty, (as im getting golder im getting geekier lol) Anyways, Batman is first and foremost my favorite. I like spiderman and superman though also. I never read any iron man but the new movie was definitely awesome.
Meh... Superman is easy to kill. Just say everyone else has kryptonite. /You know, since it's so rare and all, yet everyone seems to be able to get ahold of it...
Can we get 65 guys to fill that bracket? A Super Hero Bracekt is a problem because we did have Batman..and he made the elite eight where he got upset by maximus.
It may be tricky, but you certainly wouldn't limit it to comics books. Chewbacca Short Round from Indiana Jones Ed McMahon Garth Barney Rubble Silent Bob Spock Smithers
I dont see that. The Movie batman is different than the comic version IMO..this brackett would be sweet imo and might even spawn more debate than the last one seems like we have a few comic book geeks here.
