Well, ya damn shore got yer wish, di'nt cha? I guess Tebow wasn't God's favorite player today. Maybe he caught Tim lusting after a Broncos cheerleader or looking at a Playboy centerfold.
Yes, shame on the current players for winning today. Don't they know winning isn't important? It's all about getting a draft slot, a few picks higher. Because the first players taken are always the best, and the higher we can draft a QB guarantees us going sooner to the Super Bowl.
absolutely agree with you on Decastro's potential..How bout we change the game and just fu^%ing maul you to death..lol.. Seriously, There are not a lot of elite players in this draft, there is a scenario where I could see myself selecting the player with a high first rounder..I don't think I could do it top 10, {even though his NFL value will be worth it in the long run imo} but anything outside of that in a trade down scenario, I could.
sheeee#, Ive had serious debates, heated debates on this forum, on whether or not he is a ''great player'' on his own, or he's a product of the system..or a product of a QB.. I was totally against the trade, pissed off to no end, because I felt strongly he would become the player he has, based on his skillset, and nothing else... We gave up a Hall of fame football player in his youth...Probably thee dumbest trade in franchise history..Iuse to defend him and my position in threads that lasted 25 pages..No BS Mr. C..
Just so you know where I was comin from before you a Stitch have a conniption..lol..I figured if all those teams lost, while we won, not only for the first time everyone would be happy, but how could it get better than keeping our position with such an important thing {qb} riding on it.
We had no choice with Welker. Should have tendered him higher in hind sight, but that was hardly a trade. The pats poison pilled him and the league stepped in and turned it into a "trade". He wanted out, I think the front office thought they'd be able to match any offers he got, but he wanted out and agreed to a poison pill.
That is one of the most patently false and dumbest things ever propagated by popular culture. Anybody who has ever played poker, knows, that you must at all times, know exactly how much you have.
