The Jets suck like a Crack whore with the Navy in town. Sanchez won't last. He is already getting off season shoulder surgery. They were built to win NOW. Not last year or next year. Rex Ryan is about short cuts. Can't shut his mouth to lose weight and be a role model to his Team about Fittness, the Fat *** had to get his distgusting obese fat sack stapled. He went the free agent route and overpaid a bunch of Hazbeens. And still lo$t. Its over rover. The Pats scare the **** out of me becuase they have 6 picks in the first 3 rounds. And a coach that knows talent. Rex Ryan doesn't have the work ethic or displine to build a team from with in. That Team Implodes shortly. My signature says it all...............
In my opinion, he isn't. Here are QB's that I think are better: Manning Brady Brees Rodgers Rothlisberger Vick Ryan Rivers Freeman Schaub I'll stop there because that's 10. Don't get me wrong - I like Sanchez. I'm just not ready to call him a top 10 QB.
You really gotta get used to the fact that your quarterback sucks. He should have thrown another 25 picks this year.
I won't. All of these guys are clearly better as well. Romo Manning (Eli) Cassell Flacco Orton Freeman Cutler Stafford Fitzpatrick
I forgot about Romo, since he was out most of the season. My bad. Also, I had Freeman on my list. As for the rest... Eli - has experience on his side. That's it. I watch all the Giants games and I don't think he is that great. Also, he was a turnover machine this year. Cassell - In my opinion he's clearly better, but I could see your argument for sure. Flacco - there is something about Flacco that just doesn't do it for me. He is robotic and doesn't move well in the pocket. His numbers dictate that he's better, but I'd take Sanchez over him. Orton - Toss up. I can't call him clearly better. Cutler - he's another guy that drives me nuts. He makes so many dumb decisions with the ball. Again, I can see your argument for him, but I would take Sanchez over him. Plus I think he's a baby. Stafford - great ability, but makes Pennington look like Ben Rothlisberger. No way would I want him as my QB. Guy is made of glass. Fitzpatrick - no way. Shows flashes and is gritty, but he is not clearly better than Sanchez. Just my opinion. Thanks for not putting Henne on your list
Henne took a slight step back this season, but we can easily be sitting here next year at this same time talking about how Henne is clearly better than Sanchez. What I have liked about Sanchez is his knack for the big play lately.... guess what..Henne has done the same thing...just not in the playoffs. We are really talking about rather having the flu than chronic diarreah.
There is no arguing that statistically they were equal last year. What I like about Sanchez is his ability to keep a play alive and get the ball downfield. He also displayed some late game heroics, which was a great improvement over 2009. His completion percetage sucks though. For whatever reason, he misses way too many short checkdown passes which really hurts that number. But I do like his willingness to try and get the ball deep. 2011 will be a critical year for Henne. It's true that we could talking about Henne being better than Sanchez next year...or it could be totally irrelevant as Henne becomes a career backup. I am interested to see how he does with a new OC. That might make a huge difference. If it doesn't, he's in serious trouble. But then again, he could become Joe Flacco. Time will tell.
You guys are on crack. The only QBs I will take over Mark Sanchez is Philip Rivers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers, and Ben Rothlisberger. You guys mentioning Matt Shaub, Matt Ryan, Matt Cassel, and Tony Romo is nothing but a joke. Sanchez has won more playoff games in his rookie season than all of those players COMBINED. It's a pure joke. Do you guys know ANYTHING about football?
Hold on....wait a minute....just a sec...okay... ROTFLMAOAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Whew...I feel better now.
Do you know anything about football? The QB you are trumpeting was ranked 27th in the league, even below Chad Henne last season....Claiming he is top 10, and on top of that declaring everyone else who disagrees being on crack is pure lunacy. Though not surprising in the least considering the source.
The Jets....The JETS won more playoff games than the other teams you are mentioning. Replace Sanchez with nearly any QB in the league and they still make it to the AFCCG. The only joke around here are the Jets and their fat *** coach.
Delusion is a wonderful thing. A shame we didn't have another four weeks in the season so we could have pushed the Jest to third in the division.
Seriously...let's be real. These are the rankings of QB's in the AFC EAST. 1. Tom Brady 2. Ryan Fitzpatrick 2b. Matt Moore 3. Chad Henne 4. Mark Sanchez
Jets will be back. No way in hell Rex Ryan misses the playoffs in two straight seasons. We need to fill some major positions and I know for a fact we will. I'll be the one bumping this thread next season. I promise.
Rex Ryan will not last through the 2012 season and the Jets will fail like they always do, and fail hard.
give or take... they are both just the BEST backup quarterbacks in the league. Your team has to be too stacked to win a Lombardi with either one. It's the flag football era...we better get with it, and get our own flag football quarterback.
