Seems the reason Fisher went to the Rams is because he didn't like like the structure of our organization. Was he wanting more control over the GM? Or is it with all this BS having Peterson involved, Ireland not knowing his total standing, all the above, etc? How f'd up is our front office right now, thanks to Ross, that nobody of note wants to be part of this front office?
I wouldnt shed a tear for Ross if he was beaten to death by a mob of angry Dolphin fans. He'll I'd down a bottle of Ipecac and vomit all over his tombstone. Then once I rehydrate I'd down a bottle of milk of Magnesia and well you get the idea.
Seems like things are going to get much, much worse. Lets see how Ross spins wanting a coach with head coaching experience, no on the job training, a proven track record, the next Don Shula...to hiring a coach that has zero head coaching experience, will require on the job training, has a track record as an assistant, and has shown nothing to being the next Don Shula.
Pretty much...I don't think he's a terrible GM, but he still should have been sent packing with Sparano. There are times where a team just needs to start over.
Probably not. But this fan base was already not showing up, regardless of you think of Fisher as a HC, this won't help. We already know Ross is a celebrity-whore. When his team starts playing in front of a half-filled stadium every week and the people from L.A. come calling......I wouldn't put it past Ross.
Here is the structure Ross whoever Ross says is under him, like it or not. And people make fun of Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder ? LMAO, the NFL had to be hhhhhhhhhhhhard up when they permitted Ross to buy a team. Honest folks, at least Jones and Snyder make SOME sense. Ross makes no sense. What happens next ? We hire a HC and when it goes down the crapper next year we then fire Ireland. Then we start all over again. Ross, please sell the team to someone that at least knows the game of football. Take the money and buy some big buildings and have fun, just please, go.
