IMO, Moore offers the best chance for trade bait, but teams will know we're dumping one and I doubt we'd get much.
I would keep Moore and Garrard. There is no such thing as too much depth at QB. I'm not a huge Matt Moore fan, but I'd rather have him in the game than Pat Devlin, at least this year. Find a way to stash Devlin for one more year, then let him compete with a couple of other QBs for the backup spot next year. I think he'd be the odds-on favorite as the immediate backup at that point.
Not sure if it was previously posted in this thread but I saw on NFLN that Tanny took all 1st team snaps this week. He has to be the starter.
