No thought to Nebraska being the B1G representative in the Grandaddy of them all? I wouldn't think of them either after the destruction in Columbus either, but don't count them out.

I don't think we could beat anyone in the top 5.

Nebraska will represent the Big Ten. Unless the refs get involved.

I would throw Georgia and Florida in the mix as well. I think that if tOSU plays keep away from those offenses they could pull it out. Or Urb could go full ******(good way) and just IZ the bejesus out of those teams until they could prove they could stop it.

Not so sure. OSU is too inconsistent.

I'm interested in the possible 2 next schools that get offered. Its rumored Georgia Tech wants in but with super conferences likely I think I'd push for Oklahoma and Clemson. I would love FSU but might be out of reach but if it wasn't why not?

Ohio State on their best day beats ND on their best day. Same cant be said for most other top ranked teams.

Oklahoma has hot dog **** academics and you have to worry about T. Boone U getting pissed off as well, and Clemson doesn't bring enough TV sets. More than likely you will see UNC and UVA if not GT. Both have decent academic reputations(and members of the AAU), and bring plenty of TV sets in their area. Their regular broadcast area if they are B1G members becomes BTN territory. BTN requires all carriers to put their channel on basic cable if one of their teams will be affected in their home broadcast area. Virginia alone adds how many TV sets at $1.00/subscriber?

I doubt UNC with all these allegations. I'll be pretty annoyed if they offer 2 more schools just for more $$$

What other reason were Rutgers and Maryland added? Maryland is 4-7 in football and has an average basketball team.

Rutgers, despite recent success in football, is the same story.

This expands the conferences footprint, and adds millions of TV sets=$$$$$$$$$$$$

I love the theme that Meyer instilled in his team.." We're going to be an angry football team"

I have agreed with that philosophy for a long time, too bad our team doesn't understand it.

No I know why Rutgers and Maryland was $$$ but what I'm saying is get 2 more competitive schools. I'd hate top see them add 2 more teams based off how much money they can fill in the Big Tens pocket.

Well it's the last game of the year for Buckeye faithful.

Oddly enough in this town, if Meyer loses this game?? This season will be considered a failure. Fair or not that's how we roll around here, and I for one am not real confident.

Offensive playcalling is way to conservative. Defense stepped up big time.

Favorite moment came after the final kneel down when Meyer was going to the middle of the field to shake hands but Hoke was no where to be seen. Meyer was pretty vigilant on shaking Hoke's hand kept on moving the crowd to find him finally the sideline reporter caught up to Meyer and was asking him questions and as this was happening Meyer was looking around and he finally spotted Hoke walking towards the locker room and Meyer had a huge *** grin on his face.

    LOVE IT.

Sanctions be damned this team should be contending for the NCG next year with Miller as the front runner for the Heisman. Hoping he improves his throwing in the off-season.

Also had fun looking through a Michigan game thread.

Looks like UVA is coming to the B1G...

This guy is also saying Texas is insisting they have been contacted. I really hope those douchebags aren't invited. They WILL attempt to hold the conference hostage.

I see him winning a title again which I'm OK with. As long as nicky satan doesn't win again.

He's already 1-0 vs Nick since joining Ohio State, that victory was Vonn Bell.

Aaron Craft is the best defensive player I have personally ever seen, year in and year out he smothers the oppositions Guards. He's made Trey Burke look very pedestrian every time out.

Great tourney win for the Buckeyes, they are an elite 8 team at best IMO so I really enjoyed today.

WR KJ Hill and OL Isiah Prince have both spurned Bama and picked Ohio State.....Meyer is officially the biggest pain in Nick Sabans ***.
