Started by Amanda, finsgirlie in 2009, Last scene by Big E in 2011. Ill start by updating my life with you all. I moved to Florida in January, most likely moving back to Vegas in August, Was going to go to FAU, but didn't want to add more to my student loans, so moved down here with my good friends sister, for a couple of months. Got a small job at a bar near boca that plays live music and now i am just winging it, trying to get into the police academy near Henderson or Metro in Las Vegas, waiting to hear back if any place is hiring, Graduated from UNLV last may. Been working the Palms pool after that up until I moved.
I started a job as a commercial producer about a month ago. Ibought a new car two weeks ago... trying to stop drinking soda and replacing everything with just water. Having to pee so damn much because of all this water is a real pain in the ***.
Grats on the job and car. Now maybe you can start getting laid. Because of my stones, I too have had to get more water in diet. Mio's are a life saver. They have all kinds of flavors and no calories, sugar, sodium, etc.
i tried to give up soda once.. lasted a couple of days. Its hard, I am the type of person that likes a soda when I eat.
Still working the same job as a field service engineer (in a hotel right now since I finished up this week's job early, waiting for my flight home tomorrow morning), but trying to get a job in our project group in Houston. The manager over there wants me, but still waiting for my boss (who would still technically be my boss if I went over there, just not directly) to get back to me if they will help with relocation. If they won't help me relocate, it's a non-starter and I'll happily just keep doing what I'm doing and work on some upgrades to my current house. Griddles was supposed to come down to my house to hang out draft weekend, but he had to go and get a new job. He pulled the same thing for my wedding. I'm sensing a trend.
I gave it up for like 6+ months in college. It was probably when I was in the best shape of my life. Not that that was the cause, but it probably helped.
oh I believe it, its my achilles heel. I am in decent shape but think I would be in so much better shape if I cut out soda. so hard. and I don't do that diet ****. I heard diet is worse for you and it taste like ****
I gave up my daily soda habit near the end of last year. I have maybe one a month now. I then went from drinking nothing but water to drinking green tea now. Been going to the gym 4-5 days a week since the beginning of the year and I'm down 20 pounds.
Regardless of if it's worse for me or not, I almost always drink diet. My dad was diabetic and so he only kept diet around growing up, and so now regular soda is just way too sweet for me (especially after drinking diet for so long). Occasionally I'll branch out and get code red mountain dew or baja blast, but it's uncommon.
All kinds. Berry Pomegranate Fruit Punch Mango Peach Orange Tangerine Peach Tea Sweet Tea Strawberry Watermelon MiO Energy: Black Cherry MiO Energy: Green Thunder Lemonade Blueberry Lemonade Cherry Blackberry Cranberry Raspberry MiO FIT: Berry Blast MiO FIT: Arctic Grape Plus everyone else is making them to, there's Kool Aid ones, Orange Crush, etc. They pretty much have no calories, no sugar, little to no sodium.
Nah, I think the only issue is that your "line of credit" is pretty small so you tend to get declined.
If they tasted horrible I wouldn't be suggesting them. I hope you're pretty cause thinking at working out for you. They're about $3 give or take, and make up to 24 bottles.
After a girl named Amber preformed on American Idol "We've got an Amber Alert going on! I don't know why I said that. I wish I hadn't." -Keith Urban on American Idol. man this show sucks now.
Now????? Can I join? Hi my name is Kenny and I'm not actually 17. What ever happened to my birthday girl Amanda?
It took you 5 seasons? Where did you live in Vegas? I used to live a block from Clark High school, then moved all the way out to Craig road....back when I lived there that aS BFE MAN
When I lived there I lived near the strip, I lived on campus and right by the Hard rock. Not far from Mccarren. Then later I moved to Henderson
HAH!!!! I helped build that skag hole. Also helped build the Excalibur. DAMN I hated Vegas, but sure liked the money. I built like 2 dozen houses out ar "The Lakes" as well. Sahara and Rainbow IIRC. Used to blow me,away. We would develop an area, and they would put a golf course down in a week. Could never figure out how they did it so fast......till I figured out they were just spray painting the DAMN desert green
I was, there when Henderson got blown the Phuck up man. Was walking top-plate way up in North Vegas and the blast nearly blew me off my wall. Freaky feeling for sure.
Yeah its crazy. they are constantly working on something. The 5 years ive been there they have been working on a new terminal and new air port. They just finished the terminal and Idk about the other air port yet. The area where I lived is a new housing area. When I worked the palms they spent 8 million dollars to re-venerate the pool only to find out that they didn't do a damn thing. I really dislike the hard rock, but I like the Excalibur. Personally I am not a big fan of the strip.
Yeah, it sucks really, really, really bad. I had two different days where I was in agony for 12 and 10 hours respectively. I always thought, it was only bad while it was traveling through your junk (and it is, dear sweet baby Jesus it is) but the hours of unrelenting pain I had before that sucks pretty effing bad too. That part feels like gas pains x10. I've actually changed my eating drinking habits because I'd really like to minimize the chance that will happen again, though odds are it will, from what I understand.
Yea, I had a friend in college who got them, and even though he was only 20/21 they pretty much told them he'd be dealing with them again no matter what he did.
Kidney stones are one of my biggest fears. Ever since that episode of Seinfeld, when Kramer had them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'll put it like this, if I was told I could change nothing and get them 4 times a month or I could change my eating and drinking habits and get them 3 times a month...I'm making the changes. They are that unfun.
