IIRC, didn't these two get into it last year during the 1st half of the game as well?

Damn, if he connected with that helmet I can't imagine how bad it might hurt.

While they're at it, they can get the blitzer that hit Tanny in the head

That would be Cushing. I thought he hit the head (and grabbed facemask a bit) during the live game, but no flag, so...

Yes, last year it was Incognito whom grabbed Smith's leg and held it while there was a live fumble on the ground, and Smith alleges he twisted his ankle.

Incog cost Smith $11k last year. Looks like Incognito is going to get Smith's wallet hit again LOL.

Incognito is pretty dirty, all this evidence is undeniable at this point.

Watch left side of line (including Pouncey), then compare it to right side (including Sims and Thomas). It's like two different worlds.

All I see is Richie playing hard :shifty: Smith loosing his cool and ripping Richie's helmet off to try and crack him in the face with it. He will definitely be fined. On another note.....Martin did a pretty good job blocking Reed and Tannehill needs to get rid of the damn ball faster than that.

Sims did pretty good, I think. Can't ask him to sustain a block much longer than that.

No, I agree. Him and Thomas kept blocking forever.

Everyone did fine. You cant expect any OL to sustain blocking much longer then that, especially considering the late blitzer, they sent more blitzers then blockers.

Its another example of Tannehill getting to the back of his drop and not getting rid of the ball.

Maybe, pretty minimal help though. Good blocking by Martin on that play.

If he'd have kept his feet and stayed under control, he had Tannehill dead to rights. His jumping in the air was a foolish stunt that cost them on that play.

Tannehill weathered the storm nicely. Man, it's nice to have a big, strong, smart athlete running the show.

I just dont understand how someone can watch that short video and come away saying he weathered the storm.....it baffles me honestly...

He didn't weather the storm. He stood there and waited for the storm to hit him

You're the one claiming Martin had help and you cannot name from whom? Clay is visible going out on a pass pattern, and all he did before that was try to avoid the man Martin was blocking.

Clay cleared chipped Reed. That is help. Martin didn't even have to block Reed until 3 seconds after the snap. Martin didn't do anything outstanding there. He did OK.

I said Clay with a question mark because I was questioning why it was even being questioned. Because Clay clearly helped.

The storm of Cushing leaping up and hitting his head with his arm as he went flying by. QB less stout likely gets knocked off his feet by what Cushing did.

This is true. I just hear or read weather the storm and I think people are trying to say the OL got blown up and Tanny had to run for his life.

Are you watching the same clip? Id say it was more then 3 seconds honestly. But I didnt want to get to crazy with the time. Watch the same clip and count from snap until the first time Martin touches Reed.

I agree with Nap here, I don't think Tannehill did much from a mental standpoint to avoid the pressure, I also think there was to much of a delay before the hit arrived..This is the exact trait I talk about when it comes to his athleticism, now he was strong enough to keep his balance and showed some speed to outrun defenders, but with a better finishing defender the play is dead pretty much.

I did watch the same clip. You think Dpate also posted some secret gif that only I can see or what?

Counting, one thousand one one thou, and Martin engaged Reed. So, less than 1.5 seconds.

Not even close. He helped out on Antonio Smith at that point. Then finally Reed was able to get outside. I just counted with thousands too. Over 3 seconds.

You're counting by thousands too slowly then. Time your counting speed by watching the second hand on a clock.
