Yeremiah Bell has supposedly looked like a stud thus far and the new coaches have all been real positive about him. As for Allen, the new defense is said to have less calls and be easier to pickup. Perhaps this will allow him to just play and let his natural athletic ability take over.

Yeah, as long as Yeremiah doesn't get hurt we'll be golden! He's a baller... I really like Renaldo too so if Jason Allen is stepping it up BEYOND RH then it will be a great surprise and we'll be good to go!

WOW I sure hope he was not saying they are that good based on playing our current offense! Thats not saying much.. But I think the corners and safeties will benefit from the defensive scheme being put in place and about week 8 we will see some good improvement across the board..

Bell and Allen is a good starting combo that has the potential to be special IMO, I still don't rule out Jason Allen becoming pro-bowl quality at some point, all the skills are there. I'm also big on Renaldo Hill, quite surprised that he doesn't get thrown into the mix at corner.

I know alot of peolple have been hard on Jason Allen but I really feel he is ready for a break out year. The only if with Bell is if he can stay healthy but hope those are the two starters. Renaldo Hill and Chris Chrocker give us great depth.

I think our best safety combo would be Allen and Bell but the fact that the coaching staff is considering starting a guy who tore his ACL over him can't be a good sign.

Even though they are making out that he is the best safety in camp next to Bell? How can you see a bad sign?

That a guy who tore his ACL less then a year ago is looking better then a young healthy Allen is a bad sign. I like Hill I thought he was a good safety for us but after watching Allen play last season I would like to see what he could in a full season paired up with Bell who I hope is close to 100%.
