Yeah... are they intnding to make sure every single registered member gets drafted?

Because at a certain point people won't know the names of anyone else, and they'll have to pick randomly from the members list.

This is exactly why I did it. Carlin was a personal hero of mine. In fact, before 8 A.M. this morning, I had already received phonecalls from three friends who know how much I adored that guy's standup. They wanted to know if I had heard and how I was doing.

After chastizing them for being gay, I decided to draft the man's dead body. That way he can always be by my side. Kind of like how Joan Rivers has some of Vincent Price's ashes despite never really knowing the guy.

No disrespect to any of the posters and NO, I WILL NOT change my picks. I stand by them and will laugh when my merry band of pranksters wins the championship. A roster that whitedolphin will help build with my next pick!

 

Hence why I have some of the people I do...You see, this way everyone will be on a team and no one will be left out. Not even smileys, dead guys or owners from rival sites!

Sorry, dude. You're right. I shouldn't knock what is really a great idea, a positive effort and, actually, a great way for us to *get to know* a lot of the posters with whom we aren't very familiar too. It builds community.

I was just observing that it's amazing how quickly down the list we get into names I don't know. more a commentary on how much I need to step it up and get to know more of our members than a criticism of your idea. honestly, I thought it really was your guys goal to include everyone on the board. I didn't know the numbers.
