It's actually on the front page linking to the article. Not in the article itself.

Couldn't of said it better myself..this is the dream start, lets now do our part and give them 3 hours of constant energy, even if we get down, don't let up, remember this team is a favorite for the superbowl, there's no reason to get soft if we get down, stay on top of the game.

Keep in mind, the Falcons have been to the playoffs what 3 times in the last 4 seasons?

This is a good vet team vs a young rising team, so a key is to avoid over trying, relax and let the youngsters get into rhythm.

Unsaid in the Jest loss to the Patsies is the drops were more about young players doing "try hard" instead of just making routine plays happen.

absolutely bro, the key in developing the right culture from the get is to not overreact to a loss, if the loss is a good effort with promise written in it, understand we're in year two of this project with a very young team, so just take a deep breath before you go in, go loco once your in, and elevate your fandom..if they come out in top, fu&$ yeah, we're ahead of schedule, if not, lets see how far away we are, and not freak out..it's a long season..The key is being free once you walk into the building, don't put so much pressure on the win, they've bested two teams on the road, were in good shape so have some mother freakin fun..

They have all done their part at this point, it's now OUR turn to show them were totally behind them, and that doesn't mean just showin up, it means expending tangible energy and noise.

lol... looks like he's reaching for Odrick's "bubble". Took a sec to realize that the shadow was Odrick's belt and not Wake's hand... lol...

Looks like a nightmare chorus for the painful howls of opposing QBs... ;-)

Regarding Congemi's point about pressuring Ryan, check this article out:

    https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2013/07/18/qb-pressure-profiles-nfc-south/

With Baker injured, this comes into play more. Some stats for how Ryan handles pressure

    ALL CAREER SNAPS

    Dropback 3043

    Comp% 62.96%

    Yds/Att 7.1

    TD 136

    INT 67

    Sack% 4%

    Knockdown% 12.5%

    PFF Grade 131

    QB Rating 90.5

    ALL SNAPS WITH NO PRESSURE

    Dropback 2177

    Comp% 67.91%

    Yds/Att 7.6

    TD 109

    INT 44

    Sack% 0%

    Knockdown% 0%

    PFF Grade 141.9

    QB Rating 99.1

    ALL SNAPS VERSUS PRESSURE

    Dropback 866

    Comp% 48.32%

    Yds/Att 5.7

    TD 27

    INT 23

    Sack% 14.1%

    Knockdown% 43.9%

    PFF Grade -10.9

    QB Rating 65.2

Looking at those, it's clear he is drastically affected by pressure (like Weeden, though he is much better than Weeden without pressure). But it goes deeper, look at how he fares when that pressure comes over the Left Tackle:

ALL SNAPS PRESSURED FROM LEFT TACKLE POSITION

    Dropback 170

    Comp% 51.09%

    Yds/Att 6.0

    TD 4

    INT 6

    Sack% 14.1%

    Knockdown% 34.7%

    PFF Grade -12.7

    QB Rating 61.2

Now, since Wake is more effective from the Left Defensive End position, I am hoping we keep him there, where he will see great success against Trueblood, whom he ragdolled previously.

But this is really the week where Dion Jordan could have a MASSIVE coming out party against second year player Lamar Holmes (Baker's backup), especially with Wake flushing Matty towards Dion.

If we manage to pressure Matt Ryan consistently from that LT spot, we win this game.

makes no sense at all to me...why would they do anything of that ? we have an established WR core, so i don't know if the jets example fits at all, which young players have "tried to hard" so far ?

Here's the Left Tackle Vernon/Shelby/Jordan will be facing.

Very big guy, but surprisingly nimble with good feet. He could actually be decent on Sunday. Baker going out isn't a 100% guarantee they got worse at LT.
