Let's look at it like this... There are qb's that can throw a wr open or jam it in a tight window.. For arguments sake I pick three, Marino, elway, and Brady... Then there are qb who are great because of the system, the wr's, and of course they can make all the throws within that system hitting great rout running wr's on the money, for these I chose brees, manning, and Montana... Now I know them 6 are an unfair comparison to tannehill so don't jump down my throat.. BUT.. If rt can't throw wr's open or jam it in there then we are seriously lacking great rout running, system, design, pick one.. Now if he can't make them throw that's on him but why is it every time I watch an elite qb hitting a wr he is always wide open on his rout? Of course the qb gets all the credit, he's great, he's elite, yadda yadda yadda.. I look at our pass plays and our wr's are always covered, very rarely do we have a wide open wr down field for a nice gain.. Is rt not reading his progressions enough, is it he jes doesn't have the time to allow a wr to run himself open, or can he jes not make them throws so the coach doesn't even try to run them advanced routs.. I'm baffled? It's not jes this staff this year.. It's every year even with Marino... Dan had to jam it in there with great? Wr's.. Why are we not on par with half the league with these routes.. Is it that coaches come to Miami and get so passive that it clouds their judgment? It looks like we have a qb that can make most of them throws and jam it in there as well, seem like that's all he's been doing is jamming it in there since our wr can not seem to free themselves up.. Hartline is a nice compliment wr and has good hand but his route running is a little rounded and has no edges to it.. Wallace is a downfield threat and his route running is as terrible as his hands... No matter who is your qb you absolutely have to have explosive wr's who come out of their breaks with quickness and suddenness.. I'm really feeling like our coaching staff is hampered by the lack of great route running and our qb will be held back and probably replaced eventually because no one gets open like they do with brees or manning.. Montana had rice and Taylor and a slew of check down options.. So if Montana was throwing to oj mcduffie and orande gadson he will still have them rings?

Of course the QB gets all the credit. He's great. He's elite. Yadda yadda yadda. I look at our pass plays, and our WR's are always covered. Very rarely do we have a wide open WR’s down field for a nice gain. Is Tannehill not reading his progressions enough, or is it that he just doesn't have the time to allow a WR to run himself open. Or can he just not make the throws so the coach doesn't even try to run the advanced routes?

It looks like we have a QB that can make most of the throws and jam it in there as well. It seems like that all he's been doing is jamming it in there, since our WR’s can’t seem to free themselves up. Hartline is a nice compliment WR and has good hands but his route running is a little rounded and has no edges to it. Wallace is a downfield threat and his route running is as terrible as his hands.

No matter who your QB is, you absolutely have to have explosive WR's who come out of their breaks with quickness and suddenness. I'm really feeling like our coaching staff is hampered by the lack of great route running.

Our QB will be held back and probably replaced eventually because no one gets open like they do with Brees or Manning. Montana had Rice and Taylor and a slew of check down options. So if Montana was throwing to O.J. Mcduffie and Orande Gadsdon, would he will still have them rings?

I was editing some papers and thought I'd help you out. Not really sure if I agree with you though. The difference between the great ones and the not-so-great ones is the ability to throw WR's open.

Sorry man but if you are going to write as if you have a third grade education...NOBODY is going to take you seriously. I simply just cannot stand writing that is as bad as this.

No doubt that was some horrible writing, but if one is going to point out specific issues, they should check the facts first. Nothing worse than being incorrectly corrected. You know, the guy that tells you "it's well, not good" when "good" is actually a totally legal adjective. hate that guy!!

Anyway carry on, i agree with your point....

I disagree that Tannehill will be replaced. Injuries turned our offense into the same squad as last year but minus Reggie Bush and plus Mike Wallace. We have still seen improvement.

If you add Keller and Gibson in IMO you have the building blocks of a very strong offense. Possibly elite If Tannehill keeps improving and we solidify the line.

Don't worry about it. Some were over the top critivizing your writing, I got your point. That is what matters.

Only thing I'd suggest is spacing out paragraphs so its easy to read. But don't worry about the grammar nazis.

In my defense, for whatever reason, my phone won't let me have paragraph spacing on this site. Weird
