    SERIOUS lack of want imo.

Basically unprepared as well and no meaningful adjustments.

Well done all the Dolphin players for their outstanding efforts today. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

If you honestly believe that just fixing the OL will take care of the problems on this team, you just don't seem to be looking at the entire problem. I will agree that the OL is by far the biggest problem with this team but there are other areas which need fixing before this is a legitimate playoff caliber team.

The defense may have only given up 19 points today, but they were playing against a backup QB who didn't have the two leading WR's on the roster for much of the game. The Dolphins defense is weak against the run and an upgrade in the LB corp is needed in the off season. Wheeler and Ellerbe have not been the upgrades at the position they were signed to be, that is obvious.

The secondary is average, but they can't be relied on to make plays on a consistent basis. Carroll has played better for most of this season than he has in the past, but he really isn't capable of being a starting CB in the NFL on a regular basis. Jones hasn't played to the level he did last year and that is not a good sign going forward. Hopefully Grimes will decide to sign a new contract with the Dolphins but if he doesn't the Dolphins will have a huge hole in the secondary next year. Clemmons is okay as a safety, but when was the last time he made a play which had a huge impact on the game? Hopefully the Dolphins can find an upgrade for him after this season.

The defensive line is no longer the force it was the past few years. Today they applied very little pressure against the Bills QB and they were fairly easily controlled by the Bills offensive line. Starks and Soliai are free agents after the season and if one or both of them leave in free agency, this will be an area the Dolphins will have to be concerned with upgrading in the off season. Everyone seems to think the Dolphins are waiting for Jordan to show what he is capable of providing to this team next season. Yet his playing time doesn't seem to be growing this season and the coaches appear to be concerned with his play against the run. Hopefully after an off season to fully heal and perhaps get stronger and put on some weight, he will be more effective next year. All I know is that he is a must for the Dolphins defense in 2014 and there should be no excuses for him not being a starter on the defense next year.

A vastly improved OL will certainly make things easier for the offense and take pressure off the defense next year . I just think the defense may be more a problem in the future if upgrades aren't made this off season . Don't forget, Wake will be 32 years old next year and we have no idea how much longer he can play at the level he has the past five years.

We also need the young players selected in the 2013 draft to step up and make more of a contribution next year. You just can't have a situation where your top two picks in a draft get little on no playing time during the season and expect your team to improve. Hopefully whoever is drafting for the Dolphins this year will be smart enough to draft players who aren't coming off injuries which will require them to be out for a parts of the year. I understand they could get hurt after they are drafted, but it makes no sense at all to make your first two selections in the draft, players who were injured playing in college and have to recover from these injuries once they are in NFL.

The only urgency that was showed by the Dolphins today was how fast they bran to the sidelines to put the coats on..I am being serious. They looked totally frozen all day

He is an excellent player at this time, but I don't think he is the same player he has been in previous years. He doesn't appear to be as strong against the run this year and I think the injury he had earlier in the year has affected his overall play this year. I would love the Wake of a couple of years ago, but he will be 32 years old next year and his best years are probably behind him, not ahead of him.

I'm not saying the Dolphins should just get rid of him. Jordan was drafted to play a defensive end position and Vernon has stepped up his play this year. Assuming Jordan can take over a DE position next year, the Dolphins might be wise to see what they could get for a 32 year old Wake while he still has value as trade bait.

I wouldn't want the Dolphins to take less than a first round or high second round pick for him, but if Jason Taylor can be traded from the Dolphins as he was in 2008. No player on this defense should be considered untouchable going into this off season.

I agree with everything you said. I don't believe that fixing the offensive line will make us Super Bowl champions either, but it's by far the first priority, and a couple more wins would make us a playoff team in most seasons.

Need to beat NYJ, then hope CIN beats BAL and we are in with no other help needed. however, if BAL wins, then we need SD to win to all end 9-7 and MIA gets 6th seed.

The Jets. The #%€|*#!!! Jets. They are standing between us and the playoffs. I can't wait. This week cannot go by quickly enough. The Jets and us, for our playoff spot and a winning season. Anyone on that team who is not fired up has no stones.

Temporary castration. They will recover and come into the stadium like ravening beasts. They will receive unnecessary roughness and unsportsmanlike conduct penalties; it will be a mixed martial arts match with the JEST.

It will actually be very interesting to see how this staff handles this team this week...
