My sources close to the situation are telling me that something will happen somewhere sometime between now and March. Stay tuned, folks!

His loyalty to the Miami Dolphins, no matter what any of the blind homers say, goes only to when he bought them. He tried to buy the Jets in 2000.

I am beginning to think that maybe Ireland and Sherman have compromising nude pics of Ross (what a scary thought that is)??

I cannot think why else these guys are still around.

Parcells look like one of those blue oompa loompa's from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Good. I will invest zero emotion and time...and more importantly.... money into this team next season.

    Wonderful.

    Insignificant changes for insignificant change.

Why not try some significant changes for significant change?

    This time?

IMO the change of OC is the most necessary and significant change required. That is followed in importance by a change in the QB coach and OL coach. I see RT's development as far and away the biggest key to this team's future and I see those three coaches as the biggest impediments.

I shutter to think how empty the Stadium will be next season. This fanbase was already as apathetic as its ever been.....this will only make it worse.

Wonder if David Cutcliffe is available for hire for some training sessions in the offseason? I am not even kidding.

If possible I like to get to games early , Fat Bill was at Pro Player and since I like photography I was taking photos before the game with a telephoto lens. He had his back turned and you could not notice he both missed two belt loops and had split his unpressed khaki pants. Classy.

So you don't think he improved this year? I think he looked a lot better this year....someone is coaching him. And somehow I doubt they are coaching him to over throw the long ball over and over. I'm a big supporter of RT but if he completes even half of those terrible overthrown balls this season is A LOT different for him and the team. The talent around Ryan is the issue, I don't know what else to say if people can't see that.

How about if the OC QB sneaks on half the time 3rd and 4th and 1s, or rolls out or bootlegs on 3rd and 5s, 3rd and goals? Ryan is developing, but not bc of Sherman. Of course talent being better will help, but Sherman and Philbin were abysmal.

Considering Sherman is "running" the show, you're blame has to solely lie with him.

At this point Ross can't even do us the courtesy of letting the fans know he's doing nothing.

I mainly blame Sherman, but Philbin was an OC And Oline coach before coming here, so unfortunately he is complicit. Without a doubt Ireland is too though.,.

The thing is, the blame is so intertwined between the GM, Philbin and his hand-picked assistants, you just can't fire one or two guys and think you're fixing anything. They all need to go.

I think the improvements we saw in Tannehill had a few factors behind them, not the least of which was just more experience and receivers who got some YAC on occasion.

    Still waiting for wholesale changes...

I'm almost frozen. It's difficult for me to get excited if I don't see the change I want to see happen.

It really bums me out that there is a possibility no one will be held accountable and this season will be viewed as a success...

I don't know what changes will be made, but I assure you no one within the Dolphins facility thinks this season was a success. If they did, changes wouldn't even be considered.

No, but it means they thought it was good enough to keep everyone around.

I do not think Philbin ever called plays in GB. I may be off, but I think he "gameplanned" during the week and then in-game adjustments were made by someone else.

Now play calling is definitely an issue, I agree there. I just think the staff is actually doing a pretty good job developing Tannehill. If he had a good line in front of him (thats on the GM) we'd be talking about who we are playing this week instead of who we should fire. Tannehill has to start completing more deep passes that are open for him too, thats on him.
