I think in Melo's heard he is every bit as good as Lebron. He's not but I have no doubt he thinks he is
Yeah but Wade is not even close to the player he was back then. He's a 50-60 game a year player now on a vet team, he can't carry a team. Dudes a HOFer and a baller but cmon there is no comparing him then to now. If Wade was that player now Bron never even considers leaving.
I just heard a good one that LeBron going back to Cleveland after being in Miami is like A.C. Slater going back to Jesse after dating Kelly.
Per Mike Wallace Heat is trying to retain Bosh and sign Deng. We're not going into tank mode without giving it a shot
Just a few things. I shared this with a few guys on here via PM. Lebron has some character defects. He was unhappy with how Rich Paul was treated by Pat Riley. He was unhappy that his "boys" were barred from the Team plane. His Wife wanted to be here, His Mom DEFINITELY wanted to be here. He was unhappy with some strategy in the last three playoff runs. He was unhappy with the Joel Anthony Trade and the Mike Miller amnesty without being CONSULTED (this is key) He was unhappy that Wade got DNP's from Spo when Wade was ready to play. He was unhappy that Pat Riley laid out a plan for 2016 without "solving" the "issues" he felt were important. All of this after 4 straight Finals appearances and two championships. He "never" felt like this was his City and he felt that the organization catered to the "Big 3" as equals. His Inner circle, excluding his actual family was unanimous in wanting to go back to Cleveland and to make it as sudden as possible to inflict as much damage cap wise. (S&T might not be possible) THIS IS NOT OF LEBRONS DOING. He is really oblivious to all of this. he wanted to go back HOME with his boys. He never really grew up and he resented that Pat Riley and Micky Arison warned him about his "friends" and advised him to distance himself from them. He RESENTED all of that. he wants to be "a kid from Akron", and he enjoyed losing without restriction, rather than winning with structure and responsibility. He feels that he CAN DO IT THIS TIME...HIS WAY. I wish him well, but I suspect I know how this story ends. As for the Heat, 2016 is key. You can get angry and build a team that can approach a composite 52 win share squad and compete for the EC title, or adjourn to the wilderness and wait for 2016. The Heat can build...STILL.... a team that can win the ECF's and make their 5th consecutive Finals. It is gonna take a monumental effort and a lot of luck. It will be tough to do on this short a notice. VERY TOUGH. Gotta trust Riley to see what he does. Right now, emergency meetings are being called, and the Heat really has no direction whatsoever as they were blindsided. They have NO IDEA what is going on now, and there is a sense of CHAOS in the building. Last time there was this much of a mess at the AAA was when SHAQ made his feelings known and demanded a Trade in 08'. There isn't a feeling of trust in that building right now. CHAOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The 50-60 game thing is not true. We have been over this a thousand times. It was a full year recovery on a non-structural injury.
How do you know this? The entire point of Wade's play over the last 3 years was taking a back seat to allow LeBron to be the first option. Ah crap. Well, at least they got what they wanted from these four years.
How many did it gain in the past week though? If it was people who just wanted Lebron news it doesn't mean they were fair-weather because they weren't even fans to begin with.
A man that goes against his wife and mother for his boys is a complete fool. Whatever. Have fun LeBron. Thanks for everything but don't let the door hit ya. Bosh, you want to be a hero instead of a third wheel? Stay. Help us. You'll have a statue
You and a few others were condescending over the top arrogant about your proclamation of LeBron returning to Miami, you deserve all the crow you can eat. Wheres that sig? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Lebron wants to be a friggen mafia boss, go do it in Cleveland. Cause he has sooo much team building experience.
Wallace reporting that Miami is trying to move fast on a Max offer for Bosh and a deal for Luol Deng. I am not sure they are since I am told that all hell is breaking loose at the AAA.
how can bosh already sign a deal, have they traded lin and asik yet ? they were working on a deal with the lakers for lin, i hope we get t. jones and a pick in the deal as well
Those two do not surprise me at all. I figured Gloria would be a big proponent of staying in Miami. Additionally, giving his "boys" free reign was an issue in Cleveland last time.
Bosh's fit in Houston (if it happens before they lose the chance to match Parsons) is one of the best fits I can think of in the league.
Not liking the bitter turn the thread is taking. Section126's information comes from the Heat. We know that. And I PERFECTLY understand bitterness there because, let's face it, they were indeed blindsided by this. They didn't know it was coming. And now their jobs and livelihoods are on the line. But just because they're bitter doesn't mean we have to be bitter. One thing I'm not buying so much is this laundry list of defects...simply because it's contradictory. So the Heat knew about all of these complaints, these things LeBron wasn't happy with...yet they're blindsided by this decision? I don't buy that. They're searching for answers and they're finding them in the thousand tiny interactions that happen over the course of four years between people in positions of power where they perhaps disagree with one another, and then inflating those. But in reality I think the reason LeBron is in Cleveland right now is that he always knew he'd be back in Cleveland one day, it was just a matter of when, and he decided he wanted to do that while he was still in his prime and had the best chance at building Cleveland into a championship team.
Fin-O, I had every reason to be confident. Adidas and the Heat don't play around. When they come in and say something, it is to be listened to. I stand by that to the end. Notice I'm not an ***, congratulating Cleveland. No reason to be one to us either.
Asik was moved at draft time. A prelim deal with 76ers has been supposedly completed on the chance Bosh actually signs.
