I'll be pretty pissed off if we get that god damn Dallas crew. They are by far the worst. Especially if Irvin is part of the deal.
Man, I hadn't even considered that it might be Irvin. I feel my mute button is going to come in handy.
Good to see EJ Manuel is still the king of checkdowns. Bills are a decent QB away from being a good team though. Their defense and running game should keep them out of contention for a high enough draft pick to get that QB they desperately need though.
I'm in Oklahoma so I'm getting the game on local CBS so I'm a little concerned I'll get the Dallas announcers myself. I certainly hope not. Haven't gotten the dolphins feed yet this pre-season with their previous 2 road games. Still need to call directv and get them to lower my nfl Sunday ticket. Anybody had any problems this year getting them to drop it from 39.99 to 29.99?
Exactly what I thought too. Eerily similar to the Fiedler Dolphins. Great pass rush, secondary that causes turnovers, great rushing attack and a useless passing game.
The Bucs are going to do a lot of damage with these two big receivers given the rule emphasis changes. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Nope. Told everyone that last season. Not even because he is a Bill, but because he lacks all the needed skills.
I do not understand why the Bills still have their starters -- including Spiller -- on the field as the third quarter is about to end. Ten more reps for EJ isn't suddenly going to make him a QB, and that is wear and tear you can save on your starters.
Announcers are talking about how great EJ is looking the last two drives but refuse to comment about the players it has been against.
Every year, it's the same story. Dolfans boasting Brady's decline. It's not happening. Not anytime soon. I don't care what his stats looked like in 2013. He took a raw and inexperienced receiving core and lead them to 12 wins. Including some beautiful comebacks. How many QB's could do that? How many QB's could complete 160+ passes to rookies (#1 in NFL), lose the biggest offensive weapon for most of the season, and still reign supreme? His offensive unit is only going to get better. Brady is going to have a strong 2014. As for his future...Brady obsessively works on his mechanics year in and out. They're not going to get worse. He's had only one (semi) serious injury in his career. And with the rules protecting QB and limiting physicality, it's not going to be uncommon to see QB's playing into their 40's, IMO. Brady is going to be great for a few more seasons to come. Everyone in the east is playing for 2nd, at the moment. Even when Brady is done, we're still not out of the woods yet. Jimmy Garoppolo is looking like Aaron Rodgers 2.0 as a rookie. I don't care if it's preseason, that kid looks awesome. The footwork, release, intelligence, etc... is just too sweet. A little time and seasoning and he'll be ready to take the reigns from Brady in 2-3 seasons. Patriots about to go on a 30 year AFC east dynasty.
