That pic reminds me that I need to take my skies in to get serviced. Btw, it was sunny and 70 where I was at. Ate lunch outside in shorts and sandals....
I actually like Denver, but I am a tourist. My sister lives in Co Springs. flown into The Co Springs Airport, haircare and tire center a few times. Also flown into the circus tent known as Denver International as well.
I miss Breck and A Basin. When I was a teenager me and my cousin used to do Loveland pass, where you ski down and hitch hike back up.
Ive skied Winter Park/Mary Jane, Copper and Keystone. When I first moved here, I lived in Longmont and would ski Eldora. It was a 50 minute drive for me. Smaller ski area and some days it would be very windy, but it was worth the risk. Coming home from the bigger resorts on I-70 would really suck. Major traffic problems. I've been out here since 2003, love Colorado. This fall, I'm planning on skiing half a day and playing golf in the afternoon. I know a lot of people that do that. I live north of Denver, just oustide by 10-15 miles or so. Just far enough away that I dont get the Denver traffic, but close enough that I can either go into Denver or be lost in the mountains within 30 minutes. Sunsets out here are so beautiful, the mountain backdrop is just awesome.
I dont hike as much as I used to, not sure why. There's a lot of trails to choose from just outside of Denver. It's funny to watch people on vacation go hiking, their eyes light up when they see beware of mountain lion and bear signs. Love hiking, need to go more though. It's so relaxing to get away from everyday life and people and just find a spot to relax and enjoy a cigar. So peaceful up there One time at Eldora, I went to the top and pulled out a cigar and sat in a snowbank and smoked it.
OK then - http://www.businessinsider.com/why-north-carolina-has-a-poverty-problem-2014-8 I actually think North Carolina is beautiful country but I'll play.
neat. but I live in Raleigh. http://www.forbes.com/places/nc/raleigh/ and I am pretty sure Sick skews the median income since he actually pays someone else to let him work.
Today at lunch it was raining and 45, still warm enough for shorts, but had to wear shoes and not sandals....
Goes without saying that you can wear shorts inside with the heat on, but I have no idea why you wear sandals inside
Goes without saying you wear a thong and we all know why you do. What Steve was saying, is that in Colorado if its 45, often times it feels like summer.
