Championship!! But seriously Good win. Any win is a good win. Start off the game down seven before the o takes the field and then score 38 unanswered. Great to see Tannehill get back on track. All three phases were very good. Score should have been even worse.

Now they can fly back home on that long route very happy with the week off. Hope no serious injuries and this team can get back to being healthy after the bye.

Ill be curious to see the locker room speech after the game. Who gets the game ball? I suspect Tannehill gets one. Think Philbin will have a wry smile for his presser. Whatever that was last week by him worked for now. Good short term win. How this carries into the rest of the season remains to be seen.

All I know is Philbin is going to say something along the lines of: "Talk about a team win!"

For Davis, one wrap up tackle a game is a major accomplishment. Giving him some props for not going trying to grab the receiver's flag.

As for his being soft and shy of contact, I've said it since the minute we drafted him. He makes Deion Sanders look like Night Train Lane.

So many teams are having special teams nightmares this season. SF was backed up, of course, but their front was just mauled and they got a punt blocked for a TD by the Eagles.

Patriots lose and there are no excuses. We would be tied at 2-2 with NE and Buffalo.

Nothing like that vaunted Raiders defense to help a QB pad his stats a little.

Good for Ryan though. He needed a game like this. Philbin needs to stir things up every week. Or better yet, play some more teams as weak as the Raiders.

Katya Sambuca is a Russian pop-star, model, and dancer who is now teaming up with CoverGirl Direct to bring her beauty and sexy talents to the United States where she hopes to make as big a splash as she has in her native country. Katya is immensely popular on the social networks, boasting over 200,000 Twitter followers and a YouTube channel which generates an enormous number of views.

Katya tours across Russia and other Russian speaking countries, and her shows are unlike anything the American fanbase has ever seen. Not only does she sing, but she also strips and then puts herself into the groping hands of the adoring crowd. Whie this may be a bit of a challenge to duplicate in the U.S., we're sure she'll be a hit regardless.

Katya is anxious to appear in major men's magazines and on the biggest websites. She also wants to do adult videos once she gets her fanbase established in the U.S. Part of this Western assimilation will be setting up a website for her where she can cater to her American audience.

Feast your eyes on her twitter.

I feel like a big dummy. On my FF team, I changed my defense from Houston to Buffalo to right before kickoff, San Diego. Shudda stuck with Houston.

lmao at the comments over at Silver and Black Pride... http://www.silverandblackpride.com/...ders-melt-down-on-global-scale-41-14#comments

    Some hysterical stuff here:

    - reggie and mark should put the entire staff on a separate plane and fly it into the bottom of the ocean

    - We could let a text message poll handle the play calling at this point.

    - I thought the Raiders would win this big and Carr would have a stellar game: 38-17 over what all week was reported as a imploding Miami team.
I leave the game to go out to visit relatives a with the score 7-3 Oakland.
No problem I’m thinking…Carr looked good.
I get back home ten minutes ago and see that it was a total HOT mess.
I couldn’t believe that they fell apart like this.
JEEZ! I mean this week it’s Ryan Tannehill looking like Joe Montana???

    - A dumpster fire is fairly optimistic now.

A bit sad I missed this one today with you guys, but it's been a long, stressful week that's turned my life a bit upside down, so we took a ride out to the shores of Lake Erie to the wine region, sat at a winery, drank some good wine, ate some outdoor brick oven pizza and just unwound.

Looks like Tannehill had a good game. Sitting down with another glass of wine about to watch it right now. Hopefully this win calms things down around here this week, but I dunno, it was only Oakland.

Was a very satisfying win today and Tannehill looked sharp as a tack. Anyone who is still angry for Philbin "calling him out by not supporting him" needs to get over it quick, because it lit a fire in young Ryan's backside. 109 QB rating on the day, clearly his best game ever as a Dolphin.

it didnt light **** under him. anytime he's got protection all year he's looked good and anytime he hasnt he's looked bad. when he gets protection and his receivers catch the balls he's going to have good days. when he doesnt dont expect much and you shouldnt from any other qb either

I disagree with prez above, I thought there was a sense of urgency, I saw more command, admittedly he said it was his hardest week to deal with as a pro, and admittedly he wanted to play well in this game, more so than any other game" in a long time" now that being said, it shouldn't have to come to being publicly checked to get your best sense of urgency, hopefully he remembers how his mindset was, and grows as a leader, one again we saw a correlation of when he runs early to when he plays well for the game.

It just looked to me that he set the tone with a lil flip of some cocksure attitude, and I believe it came from being checked, no matter in what way that check came, it came, I thought it was a needed check, and it looked like it worked.Sometimes we forget these guys are humans, have emotions, are motivated differently, have insecurities, need to take steps in overcoming fears in order to progress their game..

Now he's got to understand that he is the leader, if he doesn't start the game with the right sense of urgency, his team will suffer the consequences, he needs to learn to continue to incorporate his legs into the gameplan..it's really no coincidence that he ran more in this game then the previous three combined and played his best game that I personally have watched him play.

VT, kudos to you my brother.

So here's what I'm thinking, we have this dilemma that it all comes down to now in terms of why we have looked like jeckyl and hyde thru four, you have Perez who thinks that the olines play will dictate the qbs success, I think the qbs sense of urgency, personal tempo and attitude make the difference.

" this is the toughest week I've had to deal with"

" I Wanted to play well in this game more than any game in a long time"

It shouldn't of come to this to get his best, he's got to engage it himself now..

I think he needed to know what this kind of game "felt" like...the whole team did. I really think these games are very big for a developing team as they serve as confidence boosters.....theres only one way to know what it feels like to completely dominate your opponent. Hes now raised his bar for the season....he has to meet or exceed it now.....no going backwards

Lets not get too excited. While I agree he looked good, we can all agree on that, lets not forget about the competition (or lack there of) today. I'm not trying to be negative by any means, I love the kid still (despite his obvious flaws), but to it lit a fire in him, I'm not so sure, I think sure, maybe it did a bit, but I think most of what we saw today was Ryan having time, being comfortable, and playing against a much inferior opponent. If he keeps playing like that though, I think we'd all be happy, very very very happy. I did love seeing him keeping it on options, and running from the pocket at times. Very encouraging to see, I just personally don't want to get too carried away since it's Oakland.

He definitely had a different demeanor today. When the camera was on him in the huddle you could see him laughing and joking. I don't think I've ever seen that from him before. When they showed him on the sidelines, he looked engaged, into the game, and like he was enjoying himself. He often just looks bored or uninterested when the defense is on the field, or robotic if you prefer (though I hate that adjective).

He's gotta figure out a way to duplicate that attitude going forward, because it clearly suits him better.

Sense of urgency, Lazor can do this by calling bootlegs, rollouts, qb draws, and basically drawing up a play that makes him drop,
tuck, and run..and having the coach continue to work on his mindset, it's obvious to me that Philbin did what he had to do, and there is no easy way to do it in the way ryan needed it, so maybe he can continue to teach him how he needs to sustain his sense of urgency.

Qbs everywhere are running for first downs, even the pocket ones are figuring out how to use the weapon..ryan has to erase what was taught by Sherman..he must understand it's essential to his success.
