Pay attention. Outside of that 3rd and 1 Baltimore is only putting 5 or 6 guys in the box. They finally put 8 in on that 3rd and one and Ryan should have opted to a pass. Bigger question...why pull Miller for Williams.
I think the best part about Signing Knowshon has been the reality check it's given to Lamar Miller. He's taken on an attittude we havent seen since his junior yr at Miami.
Just because he is the #3 back does not mean he should be the short yardage back. Give me DT or Miller.
Yup...but rest of the time it's been 5 or 6...you run on that. Ryan's got to switch it up based on how many they are putting in the box.
Seems like Sturgis finally cleaned up whatever wound was hurting him, his kicks look strong today. Even more power than the light air in Denver. I hope he keeps it up all game.
Who is in Sturgis' jersey today? Kicking the ball out of the endzone on kick offs and nailing a 46 yarder down the middle
Absolutely. He's growing but that's one place I'd like to see more improvement: Taking what the D gives you...
I'm okay with running excessively early. Put the run in their minds and force them to respect it. It's going to open up that weak secondary. Three points was a nice start but we will need some TD's today.
Ravens fan here in peace. I don't like following games on the Ravens board and enjoy hanging out with some other team's fans. Kind of surprised both teams kind of did the opposite of what you'd expect on their opening drives. Also, Miller is scaring me without Haloti up the middle haha
Ah. Just seeing a lot of people wonder why we didn't go deep. If they had played 8 in the box....then hell yah I would have tested that pass defense. But I'd give it to Miller all day long with 5 or 6 in the box. Either way it's a solid start against a team that has physically man handled this team lately.
