well to take my mind off of the playoffs I decided to list and find out who is the top 10 players on the offensive players from the last two decades . this isn't a election or voting because part of my features wont allow me to do so. #1 is Ronnie Brown or Ricky Williams . #2 is Brandon Marshall #3 is Chris Chambers #4 is Ryan Tannehill #5 is Jarvis Landry ? I am having some trouble finding any oline men . #6 Rob Konrad . #7 Lousalka Polite #8 Randy McMichael #9 Jake Long #10 Wes Welker but I would shuffle this around but I cant think of anyone else but maybe Donald Lee or Gus Frerotte but was he part of the last decade or not ?
Is this since 2000 or since 1994? I dont see a major name but I will play: 1. Dan Marino 2. Ricky Williams 3. Chris Chambers 4. Ronnie Brown 5. OJ McDuffie 6. Jake Long 7. Randy McMichael 8. Ryan Tannehill 9. Vernon Carey 10. Tim Ruddy Honorable Mention: Jay Fiedler, Chad Pennington, Lamar Smith, Reggie Bush, Lamar Miller, Rob Konrad, Lousaka Polite, Orande Gadsden, Marty Booker, Brandon Marshall, Brian Hartline, Anthony Fasano, Mike Pouncey Longevity was key for me in this and Wes was more of a special teamer for us and I have a feeling Landry will be in the top 10 soon enough but he only has one season under his belt right now. Lastly, I may have forgotten a few names, forgive me, it was all at the top of my head. Lol
Since 1994? 1. Dan Marino 2. Richmond Webb 3. Rickey Williams 4. Irving Fryer 5. Keith Sims 6. O.J. McDuffie 7. Chris Chambers 8. Charles Clay 9. Jake Long 10. Ryan Tannehill
Can I wake up and have some weird alternate universe thing happen where Danny and Ricky Williams play on the same team? And maybe have the Zach Thomas/JT defense along with that?? Maybe throw Cam Wake in there as well? And Don Shula??? "I beg to thee, Lord, please make this so! I promise not to fake being ill when my wife asks me to mow the lawn! I will ALWAYS let down the toilet seat! Always! And I will stop smoking crack!" *I do not think I am waking up.......guess it's time to hit the pipe!
actually I was referring to 2000 because that is where it seemed to head downhill but since 1990 is fine because we dd have some good players back then. what year was Keith Jackson and Ferrell Edmunds here ? was it 1992 -94 ? revised list #1 Dan Marino #2 OJ MCDUFFIE #3 RICKY WILLIAMS #4 KEITH JACKSON #5 IRVING FRYAR #6 RICHMOND WEBB #7 KEITH SIMS #8 RONNIE BROWN #9 CHRIS CHAMBERS #10 RANDY MCMICHAEL THE PURPOSE OF THIS WAS TO TAKE MY MIND OFF OF MR ROSS. and too see if other fans have a problem with not having a star player or as many star players like we used have. thanks for being honest .
Ronnie Brown's lack of multiple 1,000 years with the added effect of being a running team made it so he is number 11. I liked Ronnie Brown, just thought the people above did better with what was given to them. It was also hard for me to put Ricky Williams on it, because I disagree with him quitting, however those two years he was starting were two of the best years of any offensive player on the Dolphins. Brandon Marshall should also be on my list, but I never thought he came threw in the clutch.
imagine what would of happened with Mike Shanahan or Jon Gruden as head coach I could see Ronnie putting up better numbers if Sparano wasn't our H.C. I think the lack of a good head coach and offensive coordinator has done in this team.
Actually Cam Cameron (as much animosity I have towards this guy) had RB23 running like Ladanion in 2007 (yes, the year we went 1-15) but RB23 went down on that stupid INT going for the tackle tearing his ACL for the year, he was running like a mad man up to that point despite Jesse Chatman getting the bulk of carries the first 2 weeks(1 of 100 reasons I hate Cam Cameron).
LOL you are hands down the funniest poster on here man, no joke, im always laughing at what you post, your honesty is refreshing.
