Right. But Tom Brady has his own apparently, and they work for the same business.

    I love this exchange:

Brady: "I haven't had enough time to fully digest it"
Report: "Are you that slow of a reader?"

Same thing here bud, I have 11 Patriots fans in my family. They can't admit that they cheated and all they do is talk about how every team cheats. They posted links about the Dolphins supposedly cheated several years ago which i haven't even read yet because I am too busy posted all the information from the Well's report that they are ignorant of and probably don't even read and if they did, they would have an excuse or point the finger at another team.

You should remind your Uncle that we got fined a first round draft pick for the Shula incident.

There was also some clever editing going on with the JJ quote. Here is the entire quote:

I don't think it'll be enough for him to miss the Miami game, 7th of their sched. Will probably miss the Bills though. Actually have some tricky games there - Steelers, Bills, Cowboys, Colts.

Hope its not 6 though, then his first game would be home against Miami. Let his first game be against the Colts or Jets, or a week after MIA.

Yeah, I don't want to be the first game back if he gets suspended. The energy in that place would be insane.

If he gets suspended 6 games, not only is his first game back against us on a Thursday night in Foxboro, but he also misses games against the Bills and Jets.

So we lose a home game against the Jets because of London, AND we wouldn't get to play the Pats without Brady while the other teams in the division do.

Oh well. I believe in the team we're building. Bring it on!

I keep hearing the idea that he'll get 6 games or more, but I just don't think that happens... Goodell needs to keep Kraft in his corner to keep his job. I know that Yee has said some things that are not [for lack of a better term] true, but his point about the 'rule' for improper inflation of the ball (a $25000 fine) keeps ringing in my head... I will not be shocked at all if that's all Brady gets...

Look, the precedent is set...the Falcons and Browns got nothing for likely more egregious fouls of the rules... Count me in as one that thinks Roger Kraft-dell sweeps this under the carpet with nothing much...

Not sure of your uncles point really. He gives example after example of teams and players caught cheating, and the repercussions that were levied on them by the league. The Pats got caught cheating again, and now there are going to be repercussions from the league. That's just the weirdest type of crying I've ever seen from a Pats fan.

Or, maybe the ones who say they didn't cheat, yet turn around and say everyone else does it. In so many words, this would be Pats fans saying that everyone else cheats, except us.

Just a couple reasons why it's impossible to have a rational conversation with a Patriots fan.

Yeah, or the fans who come up with outrageous scenarios, while telling you that you're being biased. Such as this little gem on Facebook yesterday from my Pats fan buddy. He was continuing to deny any wrongdoing by the Patriots, and I asked him point blank, if he thought after reading the report, that anyone with the Patriots deflated balls. He said he did not. I said, That guy on the Patriots refers to himself as "the deflator" and got memorabilia for his "work." He then contrived this whole scenario where "the deflator" was a sarcastic nickname because the guy pumped balls up too far. And then he got mad when I called that illogical.

    Great analysis
Sorry if these were posted before:

The Wells Report May Have Uncovered the Tip of the Iceberg

"Point #1 - Something occurred between 2006 and 2007 which allowed the Patriots to fumble the ball at an extremely low rate"

"Point #2 - Whatever occurred caused the Patriots to shift from a team who fumbled the football the league average (in 2000-2006) to a team who was so superior when compared any other team the odds it was a mere coincidence are extremely unlikely."

The Wells Report Delivered an Innocuous Bombshell that Few Noticed

Naaah...this is all silly. As my Patriots friends like to say the last couple days, "Let it go."

LOL. They would LOVE it if the league just "Let it go."

Dude, that is VERY interesting. If this were nearly any other team, we'd be talking about a scandal of epic proportions.

Not only we Dolphins fans, but virtually all non-Patriots fans, have said for years that there's been something going on up there.

One last nail in the coffin in regard to the pats* low fumble rate:

New England Patriots Fumble More Often When Playing for Other Teams

Patriots players fumbled SIGNIFICANTLY more often when playing on other NFL teams than when playing for the Patriots:

Individual players who played on New England during the 2007-14 span and on other teams fumbled 46% less often ON the Patriots as compared to on their other teams (98 touches/fumble on NE, 67 on other teams).

"Learning ball possession skills in New England did NOT transfer to other NFL teams after players left"

    http://www.sharpfootballanalysis.com/blog/2015/new-england-patriots-fumble-more-often-when-playing-for-other-teams

If the league wanted to they could give these cheaters "death penalty" type sanctions (multiple suspensions, no 1st rd pick for 4yrs etc.)

Only thing I'm upset about is that the NFL didn't see the urgency of investigation before the Super Bowl was played. I mean, suspending Brady (if it comes to that) next season for some games is really worthless compared to suspending him for the Super Bowl, and only the Super Bowl. THAT would have sent a real message. I mean, if I was a Patriots fan, I simply wouldn't care about any penalties now because 1 SB win is easily worth 10 times more than the worst penalty they'll likely hand out.

.. not saying I don't understand why they didn't do that, just saying that would've sent a real message about integrity in the sport ..

What blows me away about Pats fans, the few I know personally and several I've seen posting on the web, they ALL say Brady / the team didn't cheat...and stand behind the videotaping stuff years ago...I don't understand it. They're ALL perfectly fine with cheating, as long as the team wins (verbatim).

Yeah, PhinFan, that's what I'm seeing from my Pats fans friends, also. That, and the accusations constantly that people only have an issue with this because they hate great teams, and are jealous of their success.

I read some fans commentary of Bradys respond in the nfl.com and STILL dumb pats fans desperately trying to defend Tom Brady...if i were one of them(which is never gonna happen) i would just shut up and say nothing. All these dumbass deluded pats fans are so annoying. "how many superbowl rings ur team have?" "But u wish Tom Brady was on your team." "You hate us because pats are so great and your team sucks ball." "But Tom Brady got super model wife." blah blah blah . I hate dumbass pats fan more than pats itself. I hope not every pats fans like this but on the internet i see them as worst fan base, so stupid that has no logic, way too arrogant with paranoid disorder.

I thought of that after I read your prior post and the article as well. Green-Ellis immediately jumped to mind. The media propped him up so much as someone who never fumbled with the Pats, and then he goes to Cincy and can't hold onto the ball. And look at how much different Blount is, and how Amendola suddenly learned how to hold onto the ball.

    Brady Will be Suspended....

There are some links down below,
Not sure what to think about this. If we win the division that will be the excuse on the part of Patriot nation. Part of me says screw New England and the other part of me wants them at full health so that when we do beat them, there are no excuses....We'll see. Some speculate a year, others say 2 weeks, and I have also read 8 weeks (which would mean we wouldn't see him in our first meeting). I honestly really don't care either way when he comes back, I just know that Pats fans are going to be crying that excuse if he ends up sitting for a while.
