You all made yourselves believe that Dragic only wants 20 million per season and wont take less than 20, that never came out of him. But being 29 that guaranteed 5th yr is probably a big deal to him so Heat have some leverage there.

I remember during the Finals Wade had his family on snapchat and his dad yelled "Go Cavs!". If you all can get him for mini MLE or MLE (love and shumpert gone though) then cool. Not the same, I know, can't think of other similar examples) but my point is that those fans got over themselves, just like even if he will go to Cleveland, most of these fans will as well, because if you are reasonable, level headed adult you will most likely appreciate his time on this team more than you will dislike his potential departure. Again, Wade is my favorite athlete of all time (well, right up there with Zach ) but if he leaves, so be it. I am HEAT fan, I will say thanks for your time and move on, but I will not be mad at him for trolling everybody for few weeks because he wants to get paid.

Okay, we can play this game. Yes, he has earned a lot of money over the course of his career. However using that as leverage point towards the HEAT is absurd. "Well Dwyane, we love ya and hope you can come back, but looking back at it, you've made your share of money, you're good" This makes sense to do as an outsider, sure, but it's not a valid point when it comes to contract negotiations on a professional level. Cool. They still wont be a playoff team. I doubt Mitch invests 40+ million in two injury prone guards, he hasnt been a top executive all these years by having his head inside the sand. From a business standpoint though, selling Dwyane Wade Lakers jerseys makes sense for them. Could be a top selling jersey next season. Also Li Ning and the asian market in California is a good mix.
