My son and I debated this song for a long time, I bought the cassette tape and everything back in the '80's. But my son finally won, and I agree with him now. This song sucks. LOL I liked Vito Brava's guitar playing. Pretty sure that's the only reason they even had a band back then. What do you all think are some of the worst songs ever? Also, the lead singer has prettier hair than my GF. lmfao
I would nominate that Macarena song from a few years ago... BTW, I loved White Lion growing up... your son should have his hearing checked...
While I'm not a fan of the White Lion song I don't see it as a candidate for "lamest ever". That Macarena song would have to be on the list though.
I don't know but that stupid one posted in here was pretty bad. What did the fox say or something like that.
Iggy..whats not to like about this video ??? the artistic merit is undeniable.
No Nickleback yet? Ok, I'll throw that out there. As one of the resident Canadians, we do not approve of the music Nickleback has created.
I never understood how Nickleback became so hated on the Internet. Is it great music? No, but it's not terrible either.. It's just kinda non descript vanilla pop-rock..
This song is lame for many reasons.
she's a gross broad, demo quality artist, could find a thousand white female rappers that would eat her alive, pretty sure she just fu&6ed the right artists.. a lot of folks try and talk bad about nikki but she is without question the best in the game, and there isn't a close 2nd..i mean imagine that, one relevant female rapper in the whole world for the past 5 to 7 years..until this chick got pushed up the ranks...i cant listen to her tone, its like nails on chalkboard.
They're bad, boring, and I'm glad they're gone for now. I think a lot of the songs used in football highlight videos are pretty lame, though I appreciated someone putting 2 Pac on one cut-up of a Devante Parker highlight.
I'm just gonna go with genres on this one, too many bad songs out there to pin down just one or a few. Anything bubble gum pop from the late '90s/early 2000s. (Boy bands, Spice Girls, Hanson, etc) Anything nuPunk or pop punk from 2000s-today. (new Green Day, Yellowcard, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Hives, Vines, My Morning Jacket, ect) Anything pop rock/radio rock from 2000s-today. (3 Doors Down, Switchfoot, Nickelback, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge, Five Finger Death Punch, ect) Rap/Hip Hop from mid-2000s-Today (real rap/hip hop barely exist anymore). Pop country from '90s-today. Any new artist who's popular for reasons other than musical talent, which most of them lack. (The Miley Cyrus types.) So yeah, music quality is just non existent these days. I know I'm like the millionth person to say that and I'm sure, depending on your tastes, that good music is still out there and one must look. But overall, I think music quality has taken a huge dive, most especially since mid-2000s. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
Rap artists these days are like coddled athletes where everyone recognizes that they have the talent to be pro so they don't even think about education so wind up uneducated and they have nothing of depth to say...except ho's and bit$#s, and oh yeah strippers and club partying...
What's that clubby song out now with Pitbull... the lyrics are about a guy that doesn't have enough money to pay his rent despite working so hard, so his solution to his life problem is to happily blow the rest of his available cash at the bar... yeah that one
MMJ isn't really that poppy though, they've gone down a vastly different avenue since their album, "Evil Urges". I know music is subjective, and I'm not some worshipper to the shrine of MMJ, but listing them with some of the other pop-punk acts in your OP seems unfair. I also hate most of that pop-punk stuff you listed along with them, though. I cringe at the thought of Simple Plan and Good Charlotte. These were played on Opie & Anthony a few years ago. Wanted to gouge my ears out with a paring knife.
Any Bro-Country song like that song, "Chillin' It," or any Country-Rap song would make the list for me.
