but logically, on a short week with the patriots coming up, playing vanilla and resting starters will benefit us.

What a game for Tannehill. Lots of short, easy throws to start, but they were all on the money. Some bigtime throws mixed in down the stretch. Offense and skilled players helped out and did their thing. Impressive showing for the offense today.

In general I agree, but this week is a bit different in that we have a Thursday game, so I do think for this game it's OK to rest starters and slack off a bit. I just hope they don't get in the habit of doing that.
