He's been talking about this for awhile. Personally I don't see it. At least not the way Dan plays it up. For every 'moment' Dan airs, there are 10 where they're clearly having fun. - sent via Tapatalk -
Yeah...buzzsaw situation here in San Antonio. They are damn good at getting you out of rhythm. And Kawhi is...good. Oh well.
Whiteside is giving zero effort right now. He's just flailing around out there. And he's getting punked by Marjonovic on both ends of the court. I get the game is over, but you'd like to see him have some pride there. Let's hope he doesn't do something stupid and get suspended.
Note for future reference Spoelstra, and I know it is mostly due to Deng being out but McRoberts can not see near 30 minutes, ever. Come up with something, have Winslow at the 4, but McRobets is a 18 mpg player.
Hmmm....could be the Lakers too you know. Or Clippers. Maybe a Texas team. Definitely not the Suns, Hawks or Pelicans. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
Not going to happen in Miami lol Pat Riley isn't going to gut his roster to put in 38 year old Lebron, 37 year old CP3, 38 year old Carmelo, and 41 year old Wade. I don't even know why people are giving it any thought.
Well, technically, they could all play together on a seniors pickup league in Miami after they all retire. Which would also constitute a pay cut. This could all be part of Lebron's master plan. Trust the process.
Deng is in today, and we cant afford to keep McRoberts on the roster. Think i rather have Eddy Curry..
There's talk that Dwight Howard is putting feelers out to the Magic about returning next year.. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
Jeremy Lin should count as four different terrible hairstyles at least. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Still cant figure out Richardson's ceiling, right now he is just on a complete tear but hasnt plateud yet..
I feel like Josh Richardson's success should surprise me more than it does but I think I've become jaded with just how amazing this Heat organization is, nothing surprises me as much as it should. I mean really, who would have thought at the start of last season we'd have a young center on a cheap contract who is a top center in the NBA with the potential to be #1, a 19 year old rookie who should be 1st team all-defense, and a 2nd round pick who all of the sudden can hit 3's at an amazing clip and play solid D?
Spoelstra ought to be coach of the year. He's a much better coach than anyone credits him for, all thanks to the Big Three era. Truthfully, it takes a good coach to manage those egos and get them to buy into the team concept, and accept their roles. Now with a rebuilt team, he's managed to develop this roster quite nicely. I still have my questions about young Whiteside. Nicholson got his Friday night. That 7-3, end of the bench guy in San Antonio got his Wednesday night. He's a great talent that does a lot of great things for us. But he's not exactly dominating the other guys his size. Too many JAGs have their way with him. And he's still got a bit of that 'black hole' mentality with the ball. As of now, I don't think it's gonna be easy to keep him. He's not a max guy in my mind but he's gonna be offered max money elsewhere. - sent via Tapatalk -
In today's NBA, he's a max guy. I don't think the Heat will realistically be able to find another max player on the open market that is better than Whiteside. He's not quite where you want him to be consistently, but the guy is a difference maker and is a legitimate elite center. The hope is that he continues to improve instead of resting on his giant contract.
No dragic tonight. Still, Pat Riley's rule of professionalism is winning the games youre supposed to win. Take care of those Nets.
So Richardson for 30 tonight? The Heat have been playing down to their competition lately, so hopefully losing Dragic doesn't hurt too bad. Hopefully Joe Johnson goes off against his former team.
Is Josh Richardson on the inside track to Sixth Man of the Year in 2017? I don't get much of a chance to follow the news these days so I can't tell if he's getting his due. Question: I'm not that up on our cap situation. How realistic is it for us to sign KD next season at this point? If it won't work cap wise, I say sign Whiteside and bank on the young guns getting better. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
With the money Whiteside will command, Durant or any other max free agent is pretty much out the question. Wade is going to get 20 million again too. Not sure what we would have left besides mini mle. And i highly doubt Pat Riley trades Richardson and Winslow away.. Those are keepers..
