So I can't believe I can actually hear the fans on the radio. Normally it is pretty quiet, and this is even preseason.

Is anybody getting the Dolphin game feed on Sirius channel 153? The site lists it but nothing but weather on...

Yuck. -4 is a bad play when you are at the 1.

Sean Ryan was wide open in the back of the end zone on 4th down.

If this is like the past, this drive ends in a FG.

Why would we go for it on 4th earlier just to kick the field goal on 4th here?

Thats where we need Ronnie Brown more than anywhere. Ricky has some power, but with Ronnies size, speed, and power there aren't many defenses that will hold him out of the endzone, even without a hole.

That wasn't the best red zone series play calling IMO. At some point, we should have at least tried a pass.

We're giving up way too much per carry to LJ.

We've got to be able to make that sack. No reason Croyle should have been able to throw the ball away.

I don't know if Roth should ever cover people but I like him lining up on the outside with his hands off the ground.

Ah, that's better. That's how a defense SHOULD look against the Chief's O.

    Huh?

A few plays made against them but they've had excellent pressure on almost every pass play.

They are giving up too many long third downs this preseason. They did to the Chiefs (who are not good) on that drive. They tightened up the next set of downs, which is good, but it disturbs me that we gave up a third and long to Brody Croyle.

I like seeing our front 7 getting pressure on the QB and collapsing the pocket.

The Chiefs are trying to adjust to the pressure by rolling Croyle out and moving the pocket, but they haven't been successful.

The secondary appears to be doing their job because the Chiefs only have 1 completion.

Exactly what I was thinking. Great pressure on the QB makes the entire defense better. I honestly think we could have a pretty solid team this season, because our line looks strong on both sides of the ball and that wins games.

Nah, the defense looked good. Channing Crowder looked bad. On the first 3rd down, with LJ carrying the rock, he does not respect his responsibility and gets sandwiched, caught between two gaps. On the second one, he starts moving to his right, whereas he should have flowed to his left, and gets caught in no man's land.

Refs are crazy not to call that. He twisted Ginn way after they were out of bounds.

To be fair, KC has some talent at RB. Johnson is no slouch. 2 sacks and force KC to punt from their own 28 yd line. That's not bad.

2 sacks and constant pressure on Croyle that series. If I'm concerned about anything, it's the rush defense against LJ>

Yeah but why punish the entire defense for one mans mistake? The defense overall looks strong.
