A blow for the Giants. I think Kiwanuka will be back to DE opposite of Tuck.

I really respect those Giants so I'm pretty sad at seeing this.

Yeah, I think so but only if that pass rush isn't very good. However, I think that it will still be a good one with a duo of Kiwanuka and Tuck. Remember, there were a lot of reports and rumors swirling around Strahan and a possible comeback this off-season. If he is called to come in mid-season, he could very well end up being back.

EDIT: And the reports start surfacing. Strahan was asked about him possibly returning and he said that he hasn't heard anything but to say he wants to come back is premature. He said he's enjoying retirement right now.

Yeah, it looks to be around that price. There's no exact number on it though. Talks were underway as of last night.

It was either Mort or Clayton said it will take more than 8 mil probably, but the Giants can still structure it to make it fairly easy to absorb.

However, there is concern about his game shape, in that when he "retired" he actually believed he was done and, while in good cardio/strength shap, just isnt in a football shape.

Still, he could be great even as a situational guy or pass rush specialist ala Trace Armstrong.
