Damn jets and buffalo above us. They both have QB and I expect one of them to trade down more picks. If we get harbaugh we will lose the 13th pick which a proven HC might be worth it, but we’re going to have to be creative to find our next qb via trade or draft luck in later rounds.

I really think the odds of us selecting a QB there is 50-50.

I think that Grier knows that 2020 is the year to make moves.

I could also see us swapping picks with the Ravens as part of a John Harbaugh trade.

Might not find many trading partners in 2020 for a top QB prospect given how many teams will want one. Sad to say but the best bet for 2020 is tanking in 2019. However.. if they're not planning to tank in 2019, then it's imperative to get enough draft capital to move up in 2020, which means trading WAY down from our 1st this year, or possibly trading it away completely. Imagine how bad we'd have it if our plan is to address the QB position in 2020 and we fail to get the QB we want lol. The 2020 plan (appropriately named because we'll see what happened in hindsight) requires some kind of serious sacrifice in 2019.

If Murray declares do anything to move up and get him this year.

Tua may not even come out in 2020 and Lawrence isn't eligible either.

What happens if Murray plays baseball this year, but changes his mind next year? If someone drafts him this year, and he plays baseball, do they hold his rights indefinitely or for just one year?
