The Dolphins have just concluded a workout with recently waived receiver Chad Jackson, according to The Herald's Jeff Darlington. Jackson is awaiting word from the team and his agent whether he will be signed. Jackson, you might recall, was the former second-round pick of the Patriots in 2006 out of the University of Florida. He obviously fizzled in New England and was not picked up on waivers because no teams wanted to take on his second-round contract. Dolphins In Depth
Probably Brandon London who was just acquired. I think this could be a good pickup if he stays healthy. That has been the big question so far.
I don't think we sign him, would be nice. When healthy he is a beast. I doubt we would cut Hagan though.
Are you serious? When has he A) ever been healthy and B) been a beast for you to make a claim like that? This guy is absolute garbage. I hope we stay far away from him. It's a waste of a roster spot, IMO.
Am I serious...Yes. Geesh why so angry towards me. I liked him in college, to me when healthy he is a beast. That's why I would make that claim, if you don't like my opinion move on to the next post. Thank you. Your opinion is to stay away from him, again your opinion. Mine is to grab him if the FO thinks he can help us win games.
Not angry at all, just taken back by such an outlandish statement. To be honest... if he was a beast he wouldn't be a former 2nd round pick looking for work only 2+ years after being drafted. He's never been healthy enough or good enough to make that claim. But please don't take it personally, I certainly respect your opinion and viewpoint. I apoligize if my response came off in a condescending tone, as that is not how it was intended.
I don't know about that. He doesn't impress me too much. Either way, I don't expect him here but if he is indeed signed, London goes imo. I may take London over Jackson to be honest. Talent is nothing when you can't display it on the field.
He was a 2nd round pick, because teams probably had other needs. When healthy IMO he can be a good player for us. But, as I also said in the first post, I doubt we sign him.
Maybe Chad Jackson could play the role Tab Perry was supposed to play. Promising young talent who has not yet reached his potential...
