He was a 2x 1,000 yard rusher with Denver. Could be something there?

Alot of people here wanted him in free agency. He has a lot to prove maybe they catch lightning in a bottle.

A little late in the season to get excited about him, but he can play. He's a heck of a runner between the tackles. B2B thousand yard seasons to start his career off. It's possible he's washed already, but I don't think so. Definitely worth a shot. I want to see more of Duke Johnson too. Not sure who we'll keep if any.

    For what it’s worth….
Mark Ingram is a career 4.5 YPC
In Houston this year he averaged 3.2 YPC
Since returning to the Saints, averaging 4.6 YPC

Philip Lindsay is a career 4.6 YPC
Only averaging 2.6 YPC behind the Houston line this year.

Unfortunately our line probably is a lot closer to Houston than it is NewOrleans. That said Lindsay has always run angry and could bring some more physicality to our offense.

I thought the dolphins tried to convince us we didn’t need to draft a rb. Yet we keep on trying to sign rb scraps.

They didn't. They wanted Harris, but would rather have Phillips. Tried to trade up into the first, but didn't want to give up their first 2nd.

After the top three runningbacks they felt that none of the others were worth the 3rd round pick.

He’ll, Tua’s had to block for himself. Maybe Phillips can too. :sidelol:
