May have to go to Brissett in the second half.

No. Tua still gives you the best chance to win; and at the same time the best chance for everyone to realize that Chris Grier needs to be fired immediately.

It wasn't a great throw. Kelce and Kittle catch that ball. Gesicki is going to want to be paid like those guys.

2 score game, time to put on the big boy pants. If we loose, I at least want a close game! The refs can get their **** together too…

Usually on an obvious bad call you get a make up call right away, like a holding on 1st and 10. Not today.

This, Brissett is probably the worst backup QB in the NFL.

It's a two score game. I'm not going to panic. We're playing a very good team that is fighting for the #1 seed in the conference. We can still win this, but we have to stop the run and Tua needs to quit playing like ***.

No way. Tua is not playing well! Facts. But, when has this offense ever been any better behind jacoby? If it was Fitz, id agree. But ive seen nothing out of jacoby that would make me pull tua for him

Kill the Brissett talk too. That is by far the most irrational case of overreacting that we can do right now. Brisket may possibly be the WORST backup QB in the entire league.

That's irrelevant. I doubt Kittle or Kelce catch that ball too. It's a good 3 yards behind him. Its a terrible throw; none of the other stuff matters. Just like the 3 other terrible throws on that drive.

The only "excuse" we can use here is the rain. If Tannehill and his toe thumbs though aren't struggling; that argument doesn't hold up either. Simple fact of the matter here is our QB needs to play better.

There's very few people that will say a guy needs to catch that ball because he's goign to want to be paid like a big time TE. That's how the NFL market works; it's not relevant here IMO. Every year players get paid more than players better than them simply because of the fact salaries go up every year. It is what it is.

The good thing is; last few weeks Tua has responded well after some adversity. Hopefully the second half is that for him today.

It should be a 1 score game.
10-3 at the half with any sort of competent officiating.

and admittedly that was a gawd awful half of football from the Fins.

Today he looks like the Tua of old tipsy feet, nervous not in rhythm. Hope that changes in the 2nd half and today we’re seeing what a good o-line looks like, Tannehill is having way to much time.

Their OL isn't even that good. They're still missing 2 starters aren't they?

I agree re: Tua. He looks uncomfortable and a bit lost out there. Have to wonder about our coaches gameplan and preparation too maybe

Why did they hire Brissett when Matt Moore was available?

This first half reminds me of when we got smoked against the Bills last year that pretty much decided whether we go to the playoffs or not.. we seem to always fold when the games matter

3 yards behind him? A little exaggerated but Gesicki did get both hands on the ball and he should have caught it.

The o-line is actually not playing bad today. Tua has had time to throw. I guess it's time to move on to excuse #2, the weather

Tua might have big hands for a guy his size but, I don't see Tannehill having trouble holding on to the ball or throwing.

Tua's not acclimating to the weather. He's having problems gripping the ball. Making unforced errors and even had a missed snap when it looked like his hands were out of position. He's also throwing passes off his regular velocity; almost like he's pulling a string. That's not an excuse (the weather) because it's not excusable and in the grand tally of assets and liabilities, it's a large item on the right side of his balance sheet. If playing in 40° and rain is a problem, how's he going to play in road games in NYC, Orchard Park and Foxboro. Definitely needs to figure it out.
