Hi Everyone, It's with some sadness that I want to let everyone know that I'll be leaving the forums. I've been reflecting on it for a while and I simply don't get the enjoyment from my time here as I once did. That plus the fact that I spend a lot of time here means that I've realised there are other things I want and need to invest my time in. I'll be following along with Dolphins news and watching games but my time on forums has come to an end, I think. At least for now. Thanks for having me as part of the community, and for those who pm'd from time to time, thanks for getting in touch. I appreciated it. WTF happened? I get not wanting to invest as much time brah but just quit dealing with the idjit's and hang out. Place won't be the same without you brah and if it's a few ish heads that are ruining it for you well, that's what crab traps are for. Hope you are happy and healthy whatever you decide. Thanks for the comments guys. And thanks to those who reached out in PM. I'll say this, if you feel disconnected in here maybe mention it. Someone might reach out and you'll learn more and start to be closer than you did in years of forum membership. However, the positives and negatives of the forums aside, there are other things in my life that I want to give more undivided attention to and football needs to occupy a smaller place in my life. Total time spent here might not be massive, but constantly thinking about it, tracking news, checking or making posts, just dissipates my time and focus. So, although I already miss my time here, I've got to try to make a change, so I'm heading out. Those of you reached out, thanks again. You have my details. This is unfortunate to read Galant. I really hope you'll reconsider. I completely understand the need to scale back; I do it every off season. I didn't spend much time on here in the game thread this weekend either as I figured things may not go well for the team and didn't want to be a part of the negativity that surely would have come. Anyways, I hope you reconsider. Again, I get the need to take a step back and free up your time. I know you go out of your way to post a ton of news, tweets etc. and it's greatly appreciated by someone like me who only surfaces in the offseason every few weeks, even during training camp this year. Its nice to come and have one place for a quick update. However; that being said maybe just take a step back from that; someone else may fill the gap but it would certainly free up your time. Rather than posting everything news wise, just hang out and chat and discuss things. Myself, I find being here Sundays during the game and after is nice, then I'm here Monday/Tuesday just to follow up on news/injuries/discussions etc then I'm usually away until Sundays again or there's some breaking news. It's just about time and life management. Anyways; not trying to convince you otherwise (although yeah maybe I am! lol) but as I said I hope you reconsider, and I hope the time away gives you what you need and I hope you find that you can come back but maybe just in a reduced role compared to now. I think you'll find it refreshing to take that step back and not be here daily and it'll make you value some of these relationships a bit more too. All the best Galant in whatever you decide!
