Week 14: Dolphins vs Chargers Flexed To Sunday Night Football

This sure feels like a must win game!

 

A team with a record like ours, EVERY game is a must win and here’s why…

Teams who get out to big leads…10-1, 9-2…there’s no sense of urgency. You’re the big dog and your playoff spot is all but assured…and there’s inevitably a playoff shocker.

Teams who are dominating the last few games of the regular season and forcing their way into the playoffs are the teams you don’t want to play. They tend to have a chip on their shoulder and just wanna “punch” someone dead square in their mouth.

I be more concerned about the team that is rolling HOT into the playoffs than a team that rode the wave they caught at the beginning of the season

 

Does anyone know if Armstead is playing?

 

McDaniel has seemed confident about him and they didn't promote any lineman from the practice squad so probably.

 

I got the sense that he's playing as well.

 

Did the team stay on the west coast for the week?

I'm not surprised. It would have been senseless to travel all the way back to Miami, only to have to turn around almost immediately.

 

I think that this is the third straight time where if they've had two games in California, they've stayed out there the whole time.

Teddy Bridgewater is inactive.

 

I’m surprisingly calm about his game. I expect us to win a shootout, I just don’t see a way of them stopping the Dolphins offence. Could be a replay of the Lions game.

 

I wonder if this is more a team decision if they are comfortable with Skylar. Teddy is definitely gone at the end of the season.

 

Tonight will be very telling. If we win I will start to believe if we lose it's same old Dolphins.

 

Need the good Tua tonight. No hero ball and no overthinking. Needs to play relaxed and just execute the way he has all year.

 

A bit of good news, he is gone after this season and Skylar will benefit from being the #2 QB.

Its strange, because Tirico used to be very fair and cool to the Fins. Something must have changed along the way.
