I cannot believe how much the ball is bouncing our way.

I would really be trying to snag Michael Mayer or Darnell Washington. If we had to trade up to get one of these guys, so be it.

Joey Porter Jr. is some real value.

We have plan B options in case Tua continues to have health problems.

I think that there were several reaches in the first, and we could find some value tomorrow!

dude Id love Darnell Washington.. What a MAN of MEN 6-7, 270LB TE with good hands and aggressive. I mean you put two wide with Waddle and Hill deep and across the middle a 6-7 TRUCK will be no match for defenses. Not to mention END ZONE TD plans

If Levis is there when we pick, we have to take him, right? I say yes.

I can't believe Washington is still on the board. If he falls into our lap, I'm going to be ecstatic!!!!

I don't see him dropping that far but if he does I think you have to take him.

    I like Hookers. What?
    Wow.
I do like him as well. Wow, there is a very good chance that we can get a good QB. There are three I like who may be available in Levis, Hooker and Duggan.
Wow. I said in the past that we may have to just pray that we get lucky somewhere along the way or we could be screwed for many years. This is the type of luck I was referring to. This doesn’t have to be a knock on Tua. There is that theory that you should be always taking QBs just in case. This just may be one of those “lucky” moments:

Not a fan of either Levis or Hooker and no, you absolutely don't "have" to take either. There's good reasons they weren't chosen.

Still some good OL (especially at G), some TEs and CBs. A big run on CB and WRs would help us out a lot.

Could centre be in play over the next day or two with a plan to shift Williams back to LG?

Levis and Hooker are guys you can get every year. People have just convinced themselves of something different with Levis because some mock drafts went nuts near the end.

Personally, it would make sense. At least, maybe a guy who could do either like Avila. Good chance he's gone though.

I'm fascinated to see how many teams Dawand Jones has upset during this off-season.

I would be pleasantly surprised to see Avila, Torrance or Washington on the board at 51, and would be happy with any of the three.

Who would you take at the C position?

Depends on where we're picking them. If there's a Tackle/Guard talent I like available at 51 then I'd wait on C until round 3 at which point I'm probably praying that Wypler falls far enough.

That said if Zavala is available at 84 then I'd take the risk on his back and draft him for the LG slot, obviously though I don't have the access to the medical reports that the teams do.

If Hooker or Levis falls in the third round id make a move st trying to get them.. but there are other quarterbacks that interest me..

max duggan or aidan oconnell in the 4th or 5th round are value picks to me

Taking another late round QB feels like a wasted pick in a draft where we don't have picks to waste.

With only 4 picks, you have to make every pick count. It was be different if we had 8, 9 or 10 picks.

Grier needs to be a SNIPER in this years draft and make every bullet a kill shot.

There's something about a giant ginger fella who loves to put people on the ground that I love. I think he's gone by the third though. I wouldn't be shocked if he's gone by our pick in the second. This O-Line class is weird and I could see there being an allure to someone who has played at tackle more than the guys who are exclusively guard.

I dont see any picks after the fourth round being wasted. Once youre in the third day, youre picking up straight up projects that may not even make the roster

I really like Joe Tippmann or Mauch with our 51st pick. I think that's where we go if one of them is available.

    Both gone lol.

Torrance the G from Florida, Washington the Georgia TE or Jones the T from OSU make all the sense in the world for us. Probably will be something weird though.

All 3 have massive off field issues at this point. Wouldn't be shocked if we zagged.

    I'll guess Kraft.

Cam Smith, CB from South Carolina.

Not strictly a need position, but he's pretty solid. And he's a dude Grier knows in and out (iirc his own kid is also on SC).

I really like Duggan as well, but doubt he gets drafted. Not sure how well his mechanics will translate at the next level, but he is a stud player.

Yet our late round picks have been contributors the past few years. We definitely can't waste those picks.
