Yep! For the full story check out the thread in the Club section about "when you became a Dolphin fan". I moved to Florida in 1966 and was staying on St. Pete Beach. The team was trying to get a statewide following since they were the only major league, professional franchise of ANY sport in the whole state! They had informal workouts on the beach and then the first formal practice was at Boca Ciega high school. Horrible field full of crushed shell, etc.
OK, I can't let you in and am not a rule breaker by nature even if I could but I can cross post my entry to that thread here.
My friends, I have just left the pulmonologist's office with wonderful news! The spot in my lung has disappeared! The medical explanation is that when we inhale foriegn matter the lung encapsulates it and eventually sheds it. That is appearantly what happened here. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes. We leave at 7 tommorrow morning for ten days of vacationing, mostly visiting my daughter in Columbia, SC. I will talk to y'all when I get back. Thanks again!
Yea! I'm so glad to hear this. Prayers work. The man I told all of you about WALKED from the church door to the altar yesterday. It was so wonderful. The whole congregation was on their feet, crying, laughing and yelling for this miracle. The wonderful feeling lasted all day and through night services. This is truly a miracle. Go to: creeksidebaptistchurch.net and look in the "spotlight page" and the photo page. Be our guest and browse the whole site. We are really proud of it. Again, praise God, that you're fine.
I want to invite you to go to our church web site to Raul. creeksidebaptistchurch.net Browse around, I think you'll enjoy it. (Don't know why I haven't invited you guys sooner.)
That's awesome news and thankfully it was just a non-malignant lung nodule. It can be pretty hard to determine whether it's just foreign matter or cancerous but since it's gone, it's definitely the former.
