Didn't even notice the lack of arm use on Wells. That makes it look even better after watching it again. The part that does it for me is when he's airborne and then picks his lower body up higher. That right there amazes me because he's big stature-wise and weight-wise (he outweighs Moreno by 30 lbs).
Glad you notice but I doubt the rest of the nation will. I mean Moreno's hurdle got soooooooooo much hype I guess Wells had to do it first
